I came to this shop because I won a Relay for Life auction for an hour of work and decided to add to it to get a mermaid scale thigh piece. Al did my tattoo PERFECTLY and better than I could have imagined. I’ve been tattooed by quite a few artists and he is easily the lightest hand I’ve experienced, little pain and almost no bleeding when I usually bleed a lot with color tattoos. He also has a great taste in music and was very professional. It made for a great tattoo experience. I would recommend Al and his shop to anyone!

Getting permanent body art is a serious spiritual endeavor. Chris is not only professional and serious, he lives up to the name Class Act. It took me 3 years (I used to work across the parking lot from Class Act) of seeing his work and talking to him before I knew he was the right person to ink my body. 3 ½ years later he’s currently working on my 4th (and most personally meaningful) piece and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision in an artist. Chris and Al have been working out of this shop for many years, they have decades of experience and are just good people. In 4 ½ years working across from them I never heard a single complaint and all their work I’ve personally seen is great.

I’ve had 4 tattoos here. All done by Jen. She did a pretty decent job,.best thing here is they do not ooze with tattoo snobbery that most places seem to offer as their main service. Very nice, down to earth tattooists, they will work with you and your ideas, and they are good at steering you in the right direction and giving you ideas about your piece.
We all have an idea of what we want when we get a tattoo, but sometimes what you want doesn’t translate perfectly into skin and ink applications. That’s when it is good to have someone with the experience and expertise. They won’t let you give yourself a crap tattoo just because that’s what you thought you wanted,…they will offer hints and suggestions to make it look really great as a finished piece.
In summary, good, well lit, clean and sterile shop. Knowledgeable, experienced, tattooists who know their stuff.
