Dean & his staff is wonderful to work with. I referred a client to him who is moving from within the city and they were quick to respond and return calls. Whenever I’ve called, they’ve been quick to respond and leave messages.
Whenever I refer a company or person to anyone I know, I like to get feedback from them. My client told me that after their initial meeting, she didn’t need to meet with any other movers because she help they really cared about their clients. The feedback I have gotten about them have been great and I will continue to refer them to all of my clients.

I called Apex to speak with the company President Dean Savage who I had met two weeks earlier at a business engagement. A woman named Marilyn answered the phone. She asked to take a message. I gave her my name and number, to which she snarled back, «What do you want?» I said, «Excuse me?» She snarled again, «What company are you with?» I replied with my company name and started to explain to her that Dean and I had met and he had expressed interest in learning more about my company, but was interrupted because again this unpleasant woman snarled «what do you do?» I started a brief answer to which she again interrupted and said, «I’m sure he’s not interested» and then hung up on me. I called back immediately and chewed this woman out for her rudeness and told her I was following up on a meeting Dean and I had. She again snarled «OK. I’ll tell him you called». No apology. No sense of courtesy or professionalism whatsoever. So I asked, «How about an apology?». Without a word she hung up on me again. I called and left Dean a voicemail message, since I had his private cell phone number. I’ve not heard back from him at the time of this writing some 2 – 3 hours later.
You can judge for yourself whether you can trust ALL OF YOUR possessions with a company that conducts itself so completely unprofessionally. I wouldn’t.

We have moved several times in the past. 3 times across country but this by far were the best folks to work with for our move. They were on time, respectful, worked hard and brought us in below estimate. They were great on advising me how I could keep the cost down and advised ways in which I could be ready for the big day. My items where properly care for with no damage. The team was very helpful and pleasant to work with and I will call they for our next move, for sure.

After moving ourselves from apartment to apartment, from Florida to Seattle (no really. all by ourselves), I had finally had enough and said we were hiring movers to do it the next time we moved. I looked at pretty much every Seattle based moving company that would go from West Seattle to Redmond and not charge an arm and a leg. My husband recently started working for a realtor in the area and they all recommended APEX for our move.
I got in contact with Kirk who was super helpful and also the girls in the office (Tracey I think?). Everywhere else that I called had quoted two movers, the price, but never an estimate on hours. Now, our place wasn’t very big — 700sqft — and we didn’t have a lot of furniture, mostly just boxes. But APEX quoted three movers, at 4.25hrs. That way one of them would be loading and staying with the truck while the other two were going back and forth with boxes and stuff. It turned out to be the right call.
They showed up exactly when they said they would and got right to work. Our larger furniture items were wrapped carefully and everything was delivered the same way it was in our old place. Unloading as usual went a lot faster, and they were done in exactly 4.25 hours. Having the 3^rd person certainly helped, so even though it was more than I had intended to spend, who knows how much more I would have paid for only two movers. The moving guys themselves were all really professional and courteous. The driver (whose name I can’t remember unfortunately) was the one I dealt with for payment and general info, and he was fantastic. Very personable and great to deal with.
I would absolutely recommend them to everyone who is looking for a moving company, and my husband will definitely be recommending them to clients.

Great company, friendly, hard-​working people who care about their customers and provide an excellent service. it started with the amazing woman who showed up at my place to interview me & look at the stuff I wanted them to schlep over to my house. Then it continued with the move coordinator who called (twice) to check in, give me a time/​date, and make sure I had everything I needed. Finally, the crew that showed up at my apartment on Tuesday were ready to work and they got the job done. I was so moved by their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile that I cooked lunch for everyone. I would recommend these folks in a second.

I’ve needed two moves in the South Puget Sound area in the last couple of years, and the Apex folks stepped up on both occasions. Courteous on the phone, prompt on the visit, treated the furniture with care. Stress free moves both times. Couldn’t ask for more from a mover.
