This is probably the best bar in Pullman for Graduate Students. They have a decent variety of beers on tap and a LOT of different well drinks. The food is good for bar food, but on the pricier side. They would probably be much better if there was a little more competition in Pullman.

This is hands down my favorite bar in Pullman. The ambiance is stellar and the burgers here are great too. Having the pool tables upstairs is just an added plus for when you’re done eating/drinking and want something more interactive to do. Overall just a great pub to go hang out in.

I love this bar. I can’t believe it took me so long to find it. The ambiance is fantastic, I love the music choice, the service is awesome, and the food is fantastic. I would argue they have the best burger in Pullman. I’ll admit, I could do without open mic night, but I digress. This is a wonderful bar with great food, so if you haven’t been I highly recommend it!

I came here once for breakfast and I loved it! The wait was pretty long(about an hour) but I wasn’t in a rush that day so it was fine. I forgot what I had but it was one of the specials and it filled me up, definitely coming here again!

Nice atmosphere and staff but both times I’ve order food here my order has been forgotten and I’ve had to wait over 45 minutes for nachos and a burger each time

My favorite bar in Pullman! It has a great atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. I haven’t tried their new weekend breakfast menu, but want to soon!

Don’t have the fish! I got the most expensive fish and chips. The fish was greasy. Heavy batter. The fries were suit skimpy which amazed me since I got only 3 small pieces of fish for 16 dollars. I would assume I would get some fries to fill up in. They did bring a few more fries when I mentioned it. We had 6 people and the sandwiches were very good. Don’t have the fish!!!

Awful service. Took 50 minutes to get our food. The breakfast was low quality and not very large portions. The mimosas were weak. Would not recommend.

This is a great hipster bar. Beer is good and the atmosphere is great. However, the rest of it lacks something to be desired. I’ve been there a few times and they were always understaffed, so it took forever to get food and drinks. The food is not a good quality. I’ll repeat that… they have cheap quality food. I would entail the cheap horror story that is their food there… but you should just take my word for it. Get the beer and go home.

Slowest service in town. Over priced drinks. Incompetent wait staff. Any bar in Pullman is better than Rico’s.

I don’t ever write reviews but I had awful service here. I went with a friend, ordered right away. It took an hour for someone to come tell us that it would take longer. They then bring our food and give it to the table behind us who«happened» to order the same as us and said it would be 20 more min for their mistake giving the wrong people our food. They bring out our food and mine isn’t even the right thing… No apologies and no offer to reduce the price or anything. I never don’t tip but that was bad there was no one besides us and the table behind us in the entire place.

It seems this is among the first-choice bars in Pullman for a casual meeting. But I think everything from beer to food is too pricey.

Nice venue/atmosphere but the service was far below what I was expecting. Even on a slowish Monday night, it took a lot of effort to get anyone’s attention while our waters were empty for 10+ minutes. My friend ordered a very simple salad and not only did it take over 40 minutes to come out, but it was completely the wrong salad. Even after sending it back, it was not exactly what she had ordered. Hard to imagine how something so simple could be so difficult for this seasoned bar. Unsurprisingly, the bar selection is decent and drink service is very prompt so it certainly works well on that front. I’m definitely willing to try again due to the reputation it has, but I really hope the quality of service improves. Final note: beware of the chairs here as well, they only come up to your mid-back which is really hard on people with chronic pain/back issues.

I don’t come here at night, but Ricos is a favorite place for me to get work done in the day when it’s quieter than any of the coffee shops. Food is good. Not as familiar with their drinks as their cider selection is just ok.

Rico’s is the best bar in the history of the planet! It truly is no better place on earth. A great beer selection in the best college town in America. Popcorn for a buck, drink beer with your best friends and love life. There’s really nothing else to say about heaven.

So here’s the thing about Rico’s. The space itself is AWESOME. They’ve got bookshelves and beer taps all over the walls, and it’s dark and cool and I felt fancy walking in. But the service was seriously SOBAD that the décor can’t even salvage a star. I’ve never been in the evening, so I can’t speak for bar-time, but today I went for their new weekend brunch deal and it was just… bad. I was part of a group of 7, and I know to expect a bit more of a wait for such a group. But we waited half an hour just to have our order taken. Our waitress brought us drinks and then effectively disappeared, so after waiting 20 – 30 minutes we flagged down someone else who took our order. Then he came back a little later to let us know it was a 30 – 40 minute wait. I’ll just spoil the ending now, it was definitely not 30 – 40. Meanwhile a group of four comes in, sits right next to us, orders, gets their food, eats, and starts getting ready to leave. At this point we’ve been waiting over an hour for our food so I went to tell the manager and all he could tell me was«We said when you’re coming in that it can be more of a wait for larger groups. So sorry about that.» Now I totally understand that today was their first day doing this brunch thing, but they’ve been serving food for a while now. We waited over an hour AFTER ordering, watched a group order, eat, and leave, and the most I could get was a sorry. I honestly don’t even know where our waitress was, but I know she didn’t leave because I saw her walk past at one point. The waitresses were nice and the food was seriously good, but I was just really shocked that we had to sit there for so long and no one seemed to notice. At the end of the day, this is just a no go.
