This is where I live. It’s not great, but it’s far from bad. Lots of amenities(fitness center, pool, business center, clubhouse) if you’re into that sort of thing. The apartments are some of the nicest in Pueblo, and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I did get unlucky and moved in right as there was a hostile buyout of the complex, so there have been a few clerical headaches to clear up regarding deposits and fees, but the new management company definitely seems to have their ducks in a row. Maintenance has always been friendly and quick too. When our upstairs neighbor’s pipe burst and water started dripping from our laundry room ceiling, they were quick to get it fixed and re-buttoned the ceiling to new in two days. Not a bad place to live in Pueblo. If you’re moving from our of town, they’re also really good with helping arrange everything from afar.
