I love the Lucero Family’s Trophy City. I have utilized their services for several, several years, be it for school and/​or private trophy/​award needs. They have always come across for me, whatever I have asked or needed. If there was an error in anything they did for me, even if my fault, they have taken the high road of customer service and «made it right.» They have given nothing but the utmost service and professionalism to me whenever I have done and continue to do business with them. No matter who I have dealt with, be it Jim or his wife, Jan, and now their daughter, I have been treated like I am their priority. However, the thing is, I have seen them treat EVERY customer that has ever been in there at the same time as I in the same manner. I truly appreciate their personal and professional service, their kindness and friendliness, the welcoming atmosphere that permeates their building, and their appreciation that I choose to do business with them. Though others may offer cheaper products and services, I will remain loyal to a family business that I know appreciates my loyalty to them and goes above and beyond to satisfy and serve their customers.
