Food is good but staff is less than happy to be there. Also franchise owner prohibits refills on iced tea but I can have as much Coke as I want. How does that make any sense when tea is cheap!

I can honestly say, hands down, that this Wendy’s is the worst I have ever had. Unfortunately, I have had to come to this conclusion over several visits. My order has consistently been prepared wrong, the food almost inedible, or the service just lacking. Of all the places to eat in and around BYU, I would never recommend that anyone eat here again.

I usually enjoy Wendy’s for what it is, but these jokers seem to always mess up my order. I mean I know it’s fast food, so maybe my expectations are too high, but yeah I’m just not super impressed with this location. There are a lot of better food places right next to it. Go there.

Thus Wendys has served me on many late nights as it is open until 2am and the service is predictably friendly.
The value menu beats McDonalds, which is the only other late nigh fast food joint by campus.

This Wendy’s has a great location, but too many annoying and persistent problems for me to eat there again. Ever.
Problems we see almost every visit:
1) Service is terribly slow. They always have a huge line, and are always understaffed. The wait for a small order is upwards of ten 10 minutes. (After a 10 minute wait to order that small order). By the time I get my food, most of it is cold.
2) They are ALWAYS out of ketchup. It’s annoying that I always have to ask for ketchup when I order and hope that a hundred other people haven’t used all the ketchup packets yet.
3) They run out of everything. On our last visit we wanted a grilled chicken sandwich and a vanilla frosty. They said a grilled sandwich takes 10 extra minutes. And the vanilla frosty machine was broken.
If you drive to the next closest Wendy’s you’ll probably get your food faster, and might even be able to have ketchup with your meal.

Cheap and tasty food. uh… uhh… I always have a hard time with fast food.
The real downside to this place is its location… you really have to come to heading east on bulldog otherwise its just awkward trying to find a place to park or get into the drive thru.
Wendys has a pretty high quality tasting food that is very inexpensive and their fries are pretty darn decent too.
THE VERDICT: Best fast food on bulldog… oh crap theres a chic fil a… um… best really cheap fast food? does that work better?

I’m sorry, but I’ve given this place so many chances. They have never gotten my order correctly, and only had of the food you ever get is even warm, let alone hot. I want it to be good, because I enjoy Wendy’s, as far as fast food goes, but it always disappoints.
Another thing, this place is endlessly busy. I’ve been more than once when the drive-​thru line goes into the street. It has a great location, and so I guess they can afford to have sub-​par service.

This Wendy’s has saved me on many occasions. Quick, cheap and convenient. They never get my order wrong and the line is rarely too long, because the parking lot is so small. I haven’t been inside in years, though, so I can’t speak to that. They also never give you judgmental looks no matter how much food you order.

I love Wendy’s for the price and quality of the food. The location is great because it’s within walking distance of the business school at BYU.
One thing to keep in mind, this place always gets slammed right around the time that the inside closes. The drive-​thru will be packed. That being said, they for sure will get you moved fast through the line.
Gotta love some good fast food every once in a while!

I LOVE this Wendy’s location. They are consistently consistent. On rare occasion I will get a sloppy sandwich or something, but like I said, is rare.
Their sandwiches are always ultra fresh and the buns are almost never squashed like other locations. They get things done quick but maintain the quality. This makes me a happy customer.
There’s a really funny Latino guy that works there. Super friendly, makes my day every time. «Gracias, ok, bye bye» spoken 90 mph.
I recommend this location over any other. Every time.

I went through the drive-​thru with a decent sized order around noon forty five. We’re talking 10 Jr. Bacon Cheezies, 5 5pc nugs and 5 Frosty’s, and I don’t have to answer if it was all for me or not, that is besides the point.
The dude was hanging out the window waiting for my money and I waited perhaps 30 seconds while they got me everything I ordered. (not to mention 2 sauces per nug set… niiice)
For drive thru fast food, these guys were making it happen. Customer service A+.

When I was in high school, I went to McDonalds all the time. I was kind of obsessed. I loved Frosty’s and dipping my fries in the chocolate frosty though, it was delicious. But, I tended to drift towards McDonalds. I do have to confess something though, once I moved to Provo, UT I became obsessed with this Wendy’s. I won’t go to any other Wendy’s. Maybe it’s all mental, but I swear there is something delicious about this wendy’s that doesn’t exist at any other location.
What do I suggest? Get the #10. Order the small #10 with honey mustard sauce, and substitute the drink for a small chocolate frosty. Then dip your fries in the frosty while the fries are still hot and salty. The sweet/​salty mix is delicious. Also, the honey mustard really makes the chicken nuggets taste so much better.
If you are in the mood for a quick, tasty, fast food meal– Wendy’s right West of BYU campus is the place to go:)
