Complete idiots working in the pharmacy! Went in at 5 pm to refill a prescription that was from out of state. Told no problem it will be ready in 20 minutes. Came back at 9 pm, they had no record of any prescription! Showed them the bottle again… they now said they have to call to get it transferred… guess what the pharmacy in California is closed and that can’t transfer it! Couldn’t have figured that out at 5 pm… complete morons!

If I could count how many times I’ve called to make sure my scripts were ready oy to be told in person they weren’t and I’d have to wait, I could start my own pharmacy.

Understaffed and rude.
I was waiting for a prescription to filled that cost about 150 dollars and they just assumed we couldn’t afford it. So when we went to go pick it up they said «oh, we didn’t even bother filling it.» So we asked them to, and they kept reminding us of the price, so finally they filled it and when my wife went back (after they called us to tell us it’s ready) they didn’t even have it in the store. So my wife took the prescription to rite aid, and they helped us out quickly and efficiently. I will NEVER return.

This has got to be the biggest joke of a pharmacy! Every time I try to get a prescription filled here they either don’t have it ready from the day before, they lost the prescription, they didn’t see that there was 2 of them, they didn’t receive it yet (even though the Drs faxed & called it in, or they claimed I didn’t drop it off here and I must have the wrong Walgreens! Are you freakn kidding me! So right now they are telling me that I must have dropped it off somewhere else just to say 20 MINITES later oh I found it, but your insurance is not working, so I have them my card and they said oh we have old information, even though I have given it to them at least the last 3 times I have gone there. So they fixed the info and then tell me that they don’t have the stuff to fill one of the prescriptions. Never again will I go to this place. The only reason I kept going was I have 5 kids I didn’t wAnt to unload. There service is sooooo terrible I will from now on go else where no more giving this Walgreens the benefit of the doubt. Just found out CVS in Provo also has drive through and now a new customer! PS only giving a star because I have to in order to post review!

If you’re the type of customer who likes waiting 35 minutes at the drive-​up window, this is the place for you. Either they’re horribly under staffed, or they just don’t care about people’s time or providing prompt service.

This is your run of the mill Walgreens. I use their pharmacy and they are hit or miss on filling orders on time.
