This is the best plasma center I’ve ever been to! The staff was courteous and friendly, especially Helaman! When the needle went in, I barely felt a thing, which has never happened to me before. Usually the staff at plasma centers act like fast-food workers near the end of their shift, but the employees were fun and professional. Clean facility, too! –John Bowers

I went for my first time the other day and had no problems. But I went back today and there was a long wait but it was ok they told me it would be busy so I waited. An hour later they called my name and asked for proof of address I didn’t have one for my new provo apartment. So I asked if I could be put at my parents house in payson they said yes. So I waited again and a another hour later they call me up and tell me that I can’t do that. So I’m not mad about having to have an address because it’s some government thing they have to so but they should have told me right when I came in so I wouldn’t have to waste 2 hours and get nothing in return. So that’s why they’re getting this rating because they didn’t have good customer service.

I’ve been going here for a little over a year now, they started out great, fast friendly staff get people out the door as fast as they could. Time in and out was never over 1.5 hours. For the past few months service has really gone down hill. Just the other day I waited two hours before I was even hooked up for donation. Service has be steadily going down! That’s why I am only giving it 3 stars and I feel that’s being generous.

Fantastic place. Started going here for some extra cash, and never thought it would be this great. People are very friendly and you get to know them pretty well. The sticks are always good and the whole experience is rather relaxing.

Talecris pays more than Orem Biomat. That’s the bottom line. Also, I’ve never had a bad stick. I used to go to Orem Biomat back when it was PCCI, but Talecris is closer to where I was living and was paying more so I made the switch. I never went to PCCI after 8:00 a.m., to avoid the wait, but at Talecris, even midday/late afternoon, I’ve been in and out in as little as an hour and never more than a couple hours. Bear in mind, that is with an appointment(highly recommended) and does not include the first visit. The movies and shows they play are sometimes lacking, but you can always bring a book. The staff are chill too. If it’s your first time, call first and make an appointment.
