There are two other Taco Bells in Provo (near Bulldog and another at about 1000 S university ave) and they both deserve your business more. I once was kept waiting for a full 30 minutes in the store on a Saturday night for my *two items* while the confused staff spent more time looking at their order screens than making food and ignored me and my friend in favor of the drive-​thru, all while the cashier hid from us and there was no manager to be found.
This means this location has the honor of being one of only two places in my life I have vowed never to go back to. AVOID.

Taco Bell, as being a franchise, should have the capabilities and expertise showing from franchise one to franchise ex. However this particular Taco Bell is all mixed up in the middle. The prices are wrong and the advertisements are all mixed up.

I came thru the drive-​thru at 9:30 on a Friday, and the service was so fast! They even gave me a mint with my food. The food was standard for Taco Bell. Sadly, I don’t like their food much anymore. Their cheese tastes very fake and a majority of the food tastes too processed. However, I guess you get what you pay for with fast food.

I try not to spend to much time reviewing fast food restaurants (unless they’re horrible)
This is a taco bell… and they make your food fast, for cheap.

Not my favorite Taco Bell in Provo. The one Bulldog is much better. This one had gotten my order wrong every time, I am not exaggerating in any way. The soda machine is usually out of flavoring and my drinks, in result, are terrible. The hard shell taco shells are always soggy. And they take a long time to get me my order. The staff is very kind though. I can probably attribute the flaws to the fact that college kids make up the bulk of the employees most of the time.

This is my favorite taco bell in provo. The staff is nice. They put sour cream on my taco one time when I ordered it without. So that brought them down to 4 stars because I really don’t like sour cream. They have cool taco bell art hanging up. The only thing I don’t like is that they keep the sauce behind the counter so you have to ask for it. I would rather keep my taco bell sauce preference a secret (hot) but maybe all taco bells do that now. Still a good taco bell.
