Papa John’s Pizza

Pizza is nothing special. For the price with coupons it’s not bad, but i’d pay a little extra for quality though. One of the delivery drivers is a fucking joke. On more than one occasion i have seen him drive extremely reckless through the lot and almost hit people. Highly obnoxious blaring his music and hoking and screaming swears out the window. I think it speaks for the type of business being run here if you can’t even take pride in who works for you. Black volkswagon hatchback. I won’t be back as long as i see that fool there.

Here’s what you need to know: This location in Prospect Heights has great staff, prepare your pizza and cheesestix with care, they never close early, and they never mess up your order.
I’m a fan of Papa John’s — and No, that has nothing to do with my Peyton Manning crazed fanhood — and have been ordering pizza from this location for over 5 years. The facility is clean, easily accessible from multiple directions since its at an intersection, and the staff is always super friendly.
They are generous with the toppings and cheese, and quick and efficient with getting your food ready.
Eric is especially professional, courteous, and welcoming — he’s always happy to go the extra mile for customers. Overall great job by this store. I’ll continue to patronize and highly recommend the pizza and this location.

Worst taste I’ve ever heard in US. The sauce and the pizza bun did not bond each other and i tasted like bread over tomato sauce with some ingredient on top of them. Cheese was looking like low quality.

Pizza quality was just as expected… not great… not awful. The only thing that separates places like this is service. Did it come fast and hot? Came fast but was cold. Did they bring the plates, napkins and crushed red pepper that I asked for? No, they didn’t bring any of that… driver didn’t really appear to care either. It’s papa johns, this is what I have come to expect…

Its been one hour and twenty minutes since the pizza was ordered. I haven’t got it yet. Poor service. When I call to find out he says he will be there in seven minutes. Well when I called again after 17 mins he says any second. What do you expect a customer to do. Expect a pizza any second. When you promise a pizza delivery in 35 to 45 mins. Please be sure. Just like you are sure about the price on the menu. Else just don’t say it like you own the road and time. This will be my last time order with you guys. And one star is because, well that is the least I could give.

Love their pizza sause. I always order online and they deliver right away.

Besides the fact that Papa John’s is my favorite «fast food pizza», this location is exceptionally amazing!!!
I have a store right down the street, and order from them once every week or two. Every time I order they tell me it’ll be 30 – 40 min, and I get food hot, fresh, and delish within 15 – 20 minutes!
The pizzas are consistently good, just the way I order them, and always fresh and hot!
I’m very pleased with this location! Also, I just tried their new chocolate chip cookie today and it is TO DIE FOR!!! Yummmmmm!

Service is blunt and to the point, pizza is just the way you ordered it.
Quality is also consistent; keep it up!

I ordering from this location since last 2 – 3 years. May be once every 2 – 3 months.
The quality is deteriorating slowly since I first placed order here…
I ainot sure maybe it was because of the time I ordered. It was around 10.45 pm on Friday evenings… But is only one of those few pizza places over late night so not much options nearby. Well the pizza was almost taste less and the crust was close to soggy …
There was some ingredient in the pizaa that tatsted like raddish …
I have no idea what it was. as the only only toppings i ordered were green peppers. chicken, olives, musgrooms and extra cheese…
Well there was no sign of extra cheese on the pizza.
The only reason i go here is its close to my place and open late nigh t… Had there been other options close it would be a sure no go.

Very solid Papa Johns. Prompt service. Not much to complain about, and they have good specials. Ordering online is a breeze

Good, cheap, and consistently the same, no bad experiences and I know what I’m getting. I’ll never say they’re the best pizza, but more than good enough for a tired Friday nite for the fam. Its not Malnatis but its also not Lil Caesars either. The best part is that I can order it exactly the way I want (even ½ toppings and extra sauce) online (best coupons are online too) and pick it up in 10 minutes, piping hot.

Fresh, wonderful crust, hand tossed, and very, very well priced. Nice folks too!

I love papa john pizza. I love the service at this place. The staff is friendly and polite. There are always some offers going on. I have not tried in other papa john places but this one only. Just because the place is close to my house.

It seems like people either love Pappa Johns, or they hate them. I thinkmthey are pretty great. For cheap pizza, it’s packed full of flavor. Is it really original? No. But it’s tasty and chrap. And we’ve never had a problem with the delivery. I’ll take it!

Pizza Hut, take notes please… *THIS* is what a $ 10 pizza should taste like.
Papa Johns also knows how to make dynamite parmesan breadsticks. They come out piping hot and drippy with butter. It is not advised that you sneak a breadstick out of the box to enjoy on the drive home if you are wearing a nice shirt because that butter might just drip all down the front of it. The wings however… Papa Johns, you lose points here because those are just very sad (maybe sad verging on mediocre if I want to be nice about it). Also — your sauces are pretty weak. The pizza and breadsticks don’t even need that stuff — just be proud of that product and don’t push those sauces.
This place was JUMPING on a Friday night. The tattooed pizza technicians were flinging pizza dough and sauce with vengeance. Those dudes get you an extra point.
