Payed over 50 dollars for pizza… not only did it take over an hour to arrive it was cold when it got here. As if it was siting out for 30 mins or so. I had to microwave it before it was eaten. Also when we called to see where the food was the cashier said it’s on the way and hung up on me when there were other questions to be answered. Will not be a returning customer. Don’t waste your money or time!

I like that they have pizza by the slice. It’s a jumbo piece too! It’s a good big menu.

This place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the pizza is fantastic. I usually order for pickup, and my pizza is always ready by the time I come in.

I, like others who have posted a review, was hesitant to try the food here based on the pictures used in the coupon magazines. The pizza didn’t look very good in the pictures. The pictures are wrong! The pizza was great! The fresh-cut fries were good, too! They lost a star for not delivering any cheese with or on the fries, despite my order of cheese fries. Also, pass on the cheesecake. It arrived still frozen and mostly flavorless. I will definitely order pizza again and try some additional menu items.

Good place for greasy hangover food. Keep your expectations low so that you will not be disappointed. Also overpriced. On a positive note, the breaded mushrooms are actually really good.

I think other reviewers are correct, the pizza tastes like it frozen. The try’s were soggy that my son had with his luke warm hot dog. Tasted low end. Not the good natural casing type that I like. Will not be going back any thins soon.

Nacho’s has turned out to be a good, reliable lunch spot. I haven’t tried much off the menu, but what I have has been consistently tasty and worth going back for. Their pizza is pretty darn good! You’re not going to find many places with a better thin crust in the area. The crust actually has some substance, some crunch and texture to it. Sauce and cheese are both very flavorful. Sausage is above-average, although I’m still looking for the place that can duplicate the perfection of the sausage at the former Jake’s Pizza in Mount Prospect. Pepperoni’s fine, you can’t mess that up. Pizza by the slice is always going to be a little hit-or-miss at any pizzeria, but here they do a slightly above average job in terms of having some relatively fresh slices available. When this pizza IS fresh out of the oven, either by timing your slice right, or ordering a whole pie, you’re in for a delicious feast. Also a great spot for hot dogs. While I haven’t seen it advertised, I think these might be Vienna Beef hot dogs. If not, they’re a really good impersonation that also place Nacho’s among my top choices in the area for hot dogs. Usual options, regular trimmings, and also a jumbo char dog available which is a nice treat. Dogs are always flavorful, prepared well, and I’ve never had a «sitting around all day» dog that is far too common elsewhere. It’s «just a hot dog,» but done right. Finally, great fresh-cut style fries. Delicious. No further explanation needed. A somewhat small seating area, a few booths, a few tables. Bare bones fast food atmosphere, but kept very clean. Also their customer service has improved over the time they’ve been open. Everyone’s really nice, so I like going here for that reason too. Every once in awhile things seem a little disorganized, but if the end product is delicious(it is) and the staff are respectful to me(they are) then I’m willing to overlook other details. Based on your hot dog and pizza staples, I highly recommend Nacho’s. Basic, reliable fast food done right.

So pumped I discovered this place and they have a huge delivery zone that included me! We had a sausage stuffed pizza and it was awesomeness! We had it delivered and it came hot and quick, super happy with our experience!

Awful, Do not even waste your time even just for a quick bite. Over priced, and the food is disgusting. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Tried the pizza by the slice. thin crust and regular. Both were decent, less so the thin crust. Neither were amazing or anything to go out of your way for. We just moved down the street so i will probably give something else a try and see if their food is any decent.

It’s okay, the food taste almost the same as the old spot that used to be there. Basic food nothing to Rabe about really. If your hungry and want a burger, hotdogs, pizza etc. And your in the area… go somewhere else.

Can I send this back? Seriously??? A couple months ago I ordered a Grecian Chicken on a Pita… it was super yummy, Taziki sauce, juicy chicken, warm pita… YUM. Today I had a taste for it, so I go in and search the menu and all I saw was Chicken Gyro, ok that sounds right… WRONG! I waited a good 10 minutes while the counter girl and the cook played slap and tickle while slowly preparing my order. I finally got my order and rushed back to the office… only to find the grossest thing I have ever been served. Formed flavorless chicken shaved of a spit, gyro style… on a pita with lettuce, tomato… and some sort of gelatinous mustard colored goop. I mean what the Hell is that??? Take that crap OFF your menu… no one wants that… NOONE! Go back to the Grecian Chicken on a Pita… it was actually good. This one star might not be fair… their fries are bomb and the pizza slices are pretty tasty. Stay away from that Chicken Gyro thing… seriously, barf. And it was $ 9… I mean it was a «meal» but $ 9? Holy cats.

Where do I start? Ordered online… big mistake! I waited about an hour and a half for my food. I ordered breadsticks, chili, a cheeseburger and deep fried ravioli. The breadsticks were okay but I’ve definitely had better. The cheeseburger came with a McDonalds bun and was not prepared to medium as requested. I don’t even want to offer an opinion on the chili. I didn’t really order anything complicated and I’m ELEVEN minutes away from restaurant. The driver goes oh I had an order 30 minutes away. Maybe this place should try delivering based on proximity. Very disappointing. I am definitely not ordering from here again and that’s sad because I order a lot of food. Terrible experience.

It was a lot better than expected. The picture of the pizza on the flyer looks like DiGiorno’s frozen pizza. In reality, it looks and tastes way better than DiGiorno. More sauce could be used and the crust could be a teeny bit thicker, but it’s not bad for the price.

The food at Nachos is probably some of the best around of it’s kind! Great beef sandwiches, awesome cheese fries(they actually pour the cheese on the fries) and the pizza is as close to New York that I have tasted in the 15 years I’ve been here. If we were only basing this review on food, it would be 5 stars. Where Nachos ruins it is that they are pricing themselves out of the neighborhood. That corner has turned over owners several times and if Nacho doesn’t lower his prices we are worried the same will happen to him. Lowering that $ 3.00 delivery charge and those crazy pizza prices would be a good start!

Love this place! I dont know why other people here had bad experiences but we’ve been happy each time. My boyfriend and I were bummed when JKs closed down but their replacement is a nice surprise! Everything we’ve had so far is yummy. Philly sandwich, pizza puffs, delicous fries, beefs, burgers, gryos and pizza. All great. Furthermore the staff is superfriendly. They say hello and thank you and want to make sure youre happy. I hope this place makes it. I strongly recommend coming here!

After getting past the odd name(Nachos?), we decided to place an order for delivery, and wow, what a great surprise, this was hands down some of the best pizza we’ve ever had, and we’ve had many! From the ‘bready’ type double crust(not corn meal) to the sweet yet zesty sauce, ample amount of cheese and tasty sausage, this was really the perfect blend of flavors! We’re still talking about how good this pizza was a week later and we’re looking forward to the next one. Delivery was timely and the driver was great, highly recommended!

OK, this is a tough one. If you are looking strictly at the food side, I would give 4 stars but if you are like me and look at the overall experience then it’s 3 stars… with room to grow. Having just opened in the past couple weeks, this place replaces the local favorite, JK’s. It stands on the corner of Hintz and Elmhurst, kiddie corner to the Wheeling High School. I went here the other day to finally try what they are supposedly going to be known for, PIZZA! I tried 2 slices, a plain cheese and a pepperoni. I must say the cheese slice was outstanding, damn near a 5 star. The pepperoni was good but not great, 3 ½ stars. The price for a slice is $ 3 and with it being a large slice not a bad value. A few days later my family wanted to try their pizza so we ordered an XXL family size. They really liked it a lot. Once again I agreed with them. The only criticism I had with their family pizza is that we ordered bacon on it and a few pieces were a little less than crispy, soft & fatty. As the wife says, need to firm that up. They also offer decent coupons, so take advantage. So as far as the food goes, so far it’s been very good. Now for a little bit of the bad. They’ve only been open for a couple weeks and the area behind the counter looked a little dirty to me. Now maybe they do a great job of cleaning each night or morning and this is just the results of having a busy day. They seem to be a little slow and the lady at the register is either slow or confused. Too long to get 3 – 4 people through the line. Hopefully that will improve with time and experience. When I ordered the family pizza to be delivered, well this is where the stars start to drop. I used the coupon that offered a discount on a n x-large pizza with 2 toppings, a free bottle of soda and free delivery. Great, what a deal! The pizza was to be delivered in 30 – 45 minutes. Well it took 1:15. The driver could not find our building even though he was in our parking lot. When he got to the building, instead of ringing the bell he called on his cell and we had to go down anfd get it. Finally, he did not give us our free bottle of soda. I will definitely be going back to try other items as well as the pizza and maybe with more experience they will get better. If so, stars will go up. But for God’s sake at least get a more competent delivery driver.
