Buying mattress is a daunting task, so it was refreshing to meet Janeen and Mindy at Princeton Mattress. They are warm, friendly and honest and don’t use pressure to sell their products. I was very impressed by their customer focus… they wanted to be sure when I was ready to make a decision, it was the right bed at the right price. I left that day making the ‘big purchase’ and 2 months later… I’m happy to say I wake up with a smile! I recommend Princeton Mattress to anyone looking to buy a new mattress.

4.5 stars; I was very happy with my experience here. I was assisted by Mindy and she was exceptionally polite and able to guide us through selecting a mattress that was great for us. No hard sell at all. The surprising thing was, we went to a number of stores, and found that Princeton Mattress offered a better deal on the mattress we wanted than other places. Notably, Princeton Mattress offered free delivery, whereas Sleepy’s were looking for $ 99 to deliver. However, it is possible that Sleepy’s has maybe a slightly greater selection. I would recommend that you call by Princeton Mattress if you are in the market for a new mattress. Also, their mattresses come direct from the factory, so none of that sitting-​around-​in-​a-​warehouse thing.

Great experience here. Janeen didn’t mind hanging out a little past closing time to accommodate our schedules. She truly knows her stuff. She was calm and honest with a sense of humor when answering our many many questions; none of that anxious sell-​hard stuff that usually makes me nervous, as a buyer. Everything is factory direct so the prices are low in comparison to other places. And, they deliver for free! Our mattress is to die for and we can’t wait for it to arrive.

This place has been great. I’ve been shopping for a mattress the past week and have been helped by Janeen. I find them very honest and informative. I haven’t quite settled on a mattress yet, and she is very patient. Not pushy in the least. Also, their financing options seem to be the best around. The only downside is that it is a smaller store so there aren’t as many options, but they still offer a good number of options if you are looking for a higher quality mattress.
