Good place for a quick mani, polish lasted about 4 days before seeing wear. Easy location.

Very unhappy. Went in to repair my gel nail tip that broke off and walked out with acrylic nail, gel polish and crap glitter coat. I am very upset and WILLNOT be back. I explained in detail what I had done back home so she could do the same and she looked at me like she had no clue. I asked if she understood and of course she said yes well clearly she did not. Not to mention there is a very apparent spot of no polish… wtf.

I purchased the Groupon for 2 mani/pedis. It was a good deal and it’s the perfect location for me but I don’t think I’ll go back. I really wish I could give this place a better review. It’s a beautiful salon, very spacious and seems newly redecorated. The staff is wonderful– very friendly and accommodating and everyone seems to have a great sense of humor and care about their work. I got both gel pedicure and manicure and they put a lot of care and time into it. The one girl, Hannah, seems to be the manager– she really seems to know what she’s doing and they really seem to go out of their way to make the customer happy. All that being said, I just wasn’t pleased with the quality of the work. There was too much polish on the sides of my fingernails and on my cuticles, and then other fingernails there are huge gaps on the sides where there is not enough polish. The paint is too thin on some nails and too thick on others. It looks like I did them myself. Plus, the Groupon stated gel pedicure would only be $ 10 extra but the second time around I was charged $ 15 extra. For the deal, I’m happy with what I got, but their regular prices are waaaaaaaayyyy too high for me to go back and pay full price. I think it’s something like $ 70 for gel mani and pedi, meanwhile I pay $ 45 at the place I usually go to, which is not as nice of an experience, but the quality of the job they do is worth the trade-off for the price.

Bought a Groupon for 2 mani/pedis. Expected the typical nail salon to do a quick but mediocre job however had an enjoyable experience. They have a wide variety of nail polish colors and gel colors. My mani-pedi came out great! And to save time, the manicurist started on my manicure while getting my pedicure. They both took their time and made sure the shape was what I wanted and did not rush through the job. I did not have to point out anything they needed to fix rather they double, triple checked themselves to make sure it was good. The place is clean and brightly lit and very spacious. They even have 2 kiddie pedicure chairs for the kiddies! Cute. All the ladies seem pleasant and friendly without the usual foreign language talk that makes it seem like they are talking badly about you. I’m not sure what their usual prices are but if they are reasonable, I just may make this my go-to place instead of trekking all the way to Nail 27 which has great prices!

ugh i don’t even know where to begin. i started going to this place a few years back when it opened up near my parents as the one thing i love to do when i visit the States is to get a manicure and pedicure because it’s sooooooo cheap. when i first went to this place it was great! cheap, but friendly service and a quality job. however, when i went last week i just felt like everything had gone so downhill. i was helped right away when i walked in which was great, but the girl doing my nails hardly spoke a word of english. she showed me to one of the pedicure chairs and then procedured to put on gloves. now i can understand that this was probably a hygeine precaution, but i’m pretty sure those were latex gloves and she didn’t even bother to ask if i was allergic to them. maybe i’m more aware of those things because of my job, but still if i was allergic that could have been a serious reaction… also getting a foot massage with latex gloves on is pretty rubbish. the pedicure itself was fine and i felt like the girl did a good job, but then the manicure… she did it while i was still sitting in the pedicure care which was awkward because i had no place to put my bag and she kept making me hold my right hand over to her as she just stayed on my left side. then she used a nail file that was clearly for arylic nails as it cut into my skin and she didn’t even seem to notice! i also asked to file the nails square and they all seem a bit lopsided as the girl was in such a rush to get it done. i’m not sure why as there was no one waiting to be served… the biggest negative was that the girl didn’t ask me to pay before she applied the nail polish which i didn’t realise until she was practically done. so i had to sit for over 20 minutes at the polish dryers to make sure that when i reached into my wallet to pay i wouldn’t smudge my polish. i then stood for almost ten minutes at the cashier desk to pay before the guy who owns the shop noticed me. i was actually tempted to just walk out. i definitely think that although this place is cheaper than most the service and quality has gone way downhill. it’s almost as if they don’t even care anymore and just want to get people out the door. i won’t be going back here as i rather pay a bit more to be treated to a better service.

Worst manicure ever. I don’t know what the rush was, it was a Weds afternoon and no one else was in there. Way to glop on the topcoat, guys. Bubbles galore. Waste of money. Never again.
