The customer service at the Pharmacy counter is awful. I was there for almost one hour waiting for my prescription to be filled. I was the only customer there when I arrived and there were 3 people behind the counter. Shobha, the pharmacy employee, told me I had to wait 20 – 25 minutes. I told her I preferred to wait. I was still standing there after about 30 minutes. A few people came in after me. Shobha was pretty rude. She yelled over to me that she wouldn’t start on my prescription until the line was taken care of and that was her 1st priority. I told her I was the 1st person on that line. A couple came in about 40min after I did. Their meds were also not ready but they were helped before I was. I also noticed she was kinder to them than she was with me. Another customer witnessed everything and suggested I speak to the manager. I plan to file a complaint.

worst pharmacy ever, none of the employees are ever happy — all seem miserable.

The pharmacy section is excellent — the staff is competent, helpful and will fill a prescription while you wait if they can. 5 stars for the pharmacy. The store part is 2 stars. It is spacious and has all the usual things, but there is never anyone available to help you find things and the register lines can be pretty long and they won’t open a second cash register.

Standard Rite Aid… if you need it, they’ve got it. Decided to right a review today because the staff was extremely helpful today. This building just opened on the corner of 571 and Cranbury Neck Rd and it doesn’t disappoint. Plenty of parking and super easy to get to. Had to pick up some medication from the pharmacy and although I went inside(they do have a drive-through pharmacy) it was still quick and painless. They put in a nice little waiting station complete with a TV, magazines, and health related pamphlets.
