Just had an Italian Sub and it was awful. I arranged for a pick up order asked for everything except onions. The meat on the sandwich was sliced very thick there was a piece of tomato and a very chewy tomato end. There was nor oil and vinegar at all. The sandwich was big fat and dry as a bone. If an Italian pizzeria can’t get an «Italian sub» right, I don’t know what to think. Too bad — I loved them in the past but really not impressed

From four stars to two… Brothers: you had me duped. Since posting my previous four star review, I’ve had Brothers several times. The enjoyment factor has been a steady decline. The crust has been off: while thin, it has somehow been soggy in the middle yet burnt around the edges. Delivery has gotten worse, too: last week’s order came nearly ice cold. I don’t know where I went awry: Aljon’s is the best choice in Princeton Junction.

The gyro salad is wonderful and has tons of lamb! Pizza crust and sauce have no seasoning but they put a good amount of cheese on their pizza which is a plus. French fries are quite greasy so be warned if you don’t like fries that way. Perfect amount of salt on them. Hand cut is a huge plus. Servings are big– a small here would be a large elsewhere. Order via GrubHub and your minimum purchase is $ 10 instead of $ 12 and the delivery fee is $ 1.50 not $ 2.50!

Dried out and tasteless, my suggestion is take the nearby train to New York City and kidnap someone who knows how to make pizza.

For many years brothers was my go to pizza choice but three of my last four pizzas have been undercooked. That’s it the can keep their new cheep sauce and second rate pizza maker.

Used to love this place… now they are too busy and cant follow instructions… I waited 25 minutes and paid 8 bucks for a half a sub with mayo and vinegar on it. I got back to the office and found it to be completely dry. what a terrible feeling… it was a total waste

Delivery is fast and Internet ordering worked well. Food is dreadful. Barbecue chicken wasn’t barbecued but grilled and then drowned in cheap sauce. Calzone was mediocre bread and stringy low quality cheese. Gyro may not have been lamb and wrong sauce. Fries weren’t bad.

Horrible! Ordered cheesecake and when it arrived it was frozen SOLID! Then after about 3 hours it defrosted and tasted lemony almost like dish soap. Very disappointed.

Brothers Pizza has the freshest ingredients of any«pizza place» I’ve ever been in. Their vegetable pizza us my favorite. Their menu is much more than pizza and I’ve never been disappointed.

Good pizza, pasta, salads and sandwiches –good food and reasonably priced. This place also delivers and accepts credit cards. Overall, very comparable to Aljon’s and a good option for neighborhood pizza.

Our family LOVES Brothers Pizza! We’ve tried everybody in the area. Papa Johns is too sweet. Dominos has become too garlicky. Aljon’s and several others are ok but Brothers is the best. Just the right blend of crust, sauce and cheese. Sometimes I do think they should leave the pie in the oven for an extra minute and I’ve asked them to do so. That way the pie is a little more«set». But as far as flavor goes — it’s always great.

First time, last time. Ordered an original thin crust with prosciutto and mushroom. Cardboard would have offered a more sophisticated flavor profile. Never. Again.

Out of the three pizza places that compete for the most business from south students(aljons WW, capuonos, brothers), Brothers is the second best. The best aspect of brothers is that their pizza tastes homemade. Unlike Aljons, every pizza seems like it has been made with care. The part of brothers that is questionable is its location. Unlike Aljons and Capuonos, its restaurant feels kind of hidden in housing communities which makes it hard to find. However, this gives Brother’s Pizza a nice homey feel, since the building Brothers Pizza is in was once a living area. Overall, Brother’s Pizza gives good quality food.

Pizza was ok. It could’ve stayed in the oven longer. Knots were good. Maybe it was because it’s easter eve and they’re closing shop… I don’t know. Hottest part of the experience(since the pie really wasn’t) was the delivery person. Woof! So I gave 3 stars. I’ll try again in the restaurant next time.

This is my preferite pizzeria in the area. The pizza and the ingredients are great and the people are very friendly and welcoming. I have been there also at lunch time and they really have a big selection of ready pizza slices. My preterite are Chicken Ranch and the pizza with Rigatoni on it. They are great, even if the second one is very heavy ;) I have just to complain about the time schedule, because on Sunday they really use to close very early, and the last 3 times that I went there(at 8:50, 9 p.m.) was already too late. Since not all the people use to have dinner at 7 p.m., please, try to close a bit later. Thanks men… you are doing great!

I have worked in the area since 2004. Brothers has always been the best food and best value of any restaurant in the area. The lunch specials are great, come with salad and warm bread and they are served to you fast, if you only have 30 minutes for lunch. You can have a good meal before you go back to work and sleep.(…I mean… work) Eileen is a great hostess and owner,(& cute) works hard, always greets you with a smile and will go out of her way to make you a satisfied customer. I have even come here on weekends when I am in the Princeton area, so don’t miss this place for a good, home made Italian cooked meal.

I hadn’t been inside Brothers Pizza for a few years. My return was memorable in that I was pleasantly surprised by the environment created by the owners. Rather than a fairly run down joint, it was now well furnished, bright, and managed by a very amiable woman and her staff. I ordered two plain slices and used my Unilocal coupon for a free drink. That is always a plus. Sadly, the positives end there. My pizza while plenty hot lacked a firm crust. It was soft and did not hold up when lifted off the paper plates. It sagged immediately. For me, this is the essential test. If a slice cannot hold up its point, but droops like a dog ear making a first bite difficult, disappointment ensues. While the taste was of pizza, the non-existent crunch of a good firm pizza bottom really made eating the slices an unpleasant chore. It was not a true pizza experience. From tip to outer crust ring, every bite was just hot, soft and doughy. It was almost as if the slices had been microwaved to reheat rather than put back in the oven to restore to proper eating condition. I don’t know that they were, but how else account for this? The sign over the storefront says, «The Best Pizza In Town.» At least today, it certainly was not.

I have been to Brothers twice now, both times over lunch. I have gotten their pizza by the slice so I could try different varieties, and I have been delighted with everything I have tried. While it is far from fine dining, Brothers will give you great pizza super quick. In addition, the staff is really friendly and welcoming. I would recommend any of the«classics,» but if you are feeling like branching out try the chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza. It is different, but really good! The diced tomato adds a fresh element to what has the potential to be overly heavy — instead you get a rich, yet refreshing pizza. Brothers will certainly be on my families regular rotation from now on; they are great!
