Nondescript, generic family restaurant in suburban shopping center location. Part of small, local chain, ambiance wise the lessor of the crowd. Other outlets charming, waterfront locations but have yet to sample them. Lunchtime Party of four. Two had crab soup which was described as adequate. All had fish sandwiches, also adequate. Haddock was about an inch and a half by 10″ looking quite silly hanging over the edge of the 31/2″ generic Hamburg roll which fell apart before finished. Very poor presentation. Fish was overcooked and quite crunchy. Actually tasted fine, better when I gave up on the sandwich and pretended I had ordered fish and chips. Bar area was attractive and more appealing than the restaurant area. Good selection of beers. Waitress was quite pleasant. Prices a little out of line for a pre tip total with no ETOH of 74.00. But perhaps the fish was out of season? I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back but when I return to the area I might check out some other places first MAPISINCORRECT.
