Lowe’s is great. I had to buy new appliances for my kitchen. And toilets and ceiling fans and so many other things. For me, Home Depot is difficult – hard to find things, not enough employees – at Lowe’s, I got waited on immediately by Brian, who was helpful and pleasant and who steered me in the right direction. He saved me money and time. He brought in Chris, when there were installation questions. The selection was good, the prices are excellent and customer service is wonderful. I’m always going to Lowe’s.

Regarding my Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator. Why would anyone consider that a ‘funny’ review. I am serious when I say appliances are not made the way they used to be. I am also serious when I say I’m taking a chance on another French Door when I had one for three years that died. Hopefully the Whirlpool brand will be better.

First, I love Lowe’s and would pick Lowe’s over Home Depot any day! But, I will never shop at this Lowe’s again. In August of 2014 I bought a Lasko fan(Model #4914) from this store for $ 49.99(+ tax). The fan was awesome… for about 3 weeks. One morning I woke up and the fan was dead– the motor died out on it! Unfortunately, my wife threw away the box and the receipt. We live in Flagstaff, about 1.5 hours away from this Lowe’s, but like I said, I prefer Lowe’s and don’t mind driving a bit for Lowe’s and a few other stores. I drove back down to return the fan(within a month of purchasing). I was told with no box or receipt I can only exchange(which is what I wanted to do… it’s a great fan). Since this is a seasonal item it was no longer in stock. I happened to be driving to California that week and stopped by 2 other Lowe’s. Neither of them had the fan in stock and could not exchange it! So, a week or two later I drove back down to this Lowe’s in Prescott. The customer service guy told me that I could exchange it, but since it’s a seasonal item I’d need to wait until it was back in stock in the Spring(fyi, it wasn’t available online, either). Sounded a little weird, but made sense. This season I drove back down. Unfortunately, Lowe’s doesn’t carry this fan anymore, so no exchanging! I waited an hour to talk with the manager, Craig Simpson. He never came out. He wouldn’t do anything, and didn’t have the guts to come tell me himself. The customer service reps and cashiers were awesome. Like the other reviewer said, they seem to love their job and do an awesome job! Thumbs up for them! But Craig Simpson makes me sick. Yeah, I understand I didn’t have the box or the receipt. I understand it’s been 10 months(thanks to the previous«customer service» rep who lied). But, at least have the guts to spend a few minutes saying it in person. It’s frustrating that the customer service reps I spoke with were really helpful… they wanted to help! But the manager wouldn’t do anything, and wouldn’t even say so in person. Lowe’s Prescott, you’ve lost my business. I likely won’t be stopping in any Lowe’s for quite some time. Do yourself a favor and drive to one of the two Home Depot’s in Prescott just a mile down the road!

This place is full of employees that enjoy their job! I don’t know what they are doing behind the scenes, but the mood of the place is outstanding. Every one I pass wants to help me. It’s incredible customer service!

Planning to build a ramp for my porch, laid out all the materials I needed then made the mistake of ordering online and having them deliver. Of course the order wasn’t complete, they swore it was, the driver assured me they checked the order ‘multiple’ times. Not sure how they can overlook the 6 foot long 2×2’s that were part of the order but NOT delivered. Not the only problem I have had at this store, I have ordered online and gone in to pick up my orders only to find them incomplete or with the incorrect merchandise. It is something specific to this store and this management chain. Have never had this problem at other Lowes Stores.

Moved here from CA90 days ago. We had to make some purchases a head of time. It went so smoothly, I had to pinch myself. Plus all the staff were pleasant, professional, and had personality! Everyone went out of their way to help us through a stressfull move. A special thanks to Chris, Brian, Josh, and I am sure I am leaving other off, for their time and expert help. We ended up having to purchase all new appliances for our kitchen. We owe our soul to Lowes right now but know it is in good hands until we get it paid off. Would not buy anywhere else! Customer service exceeded our exceptions, The delivery guys were outstanding as well. Thank you Lowes for the Military discounts too. Living the dream!

Really like Lowe’s, but it is usually too far to go to just for a couple items. Wish they had one in Cottonwood, AZ. Products we purchased at Lowe’s were great, and they had things we couldn’t find close to home. They stand behind their products, and are very helpful.

Excellent store and very helpful personnel. I was shopping in the flooring department and Kurtis E. and also a helpful young lady named Brandy helped me with everything I needed, from the measuring to choosing carpet in the price range I needed. Everyone is so customer oriented there and very professional!

Cool. Super nice, very clean, restrooms are immaculate which is important when driving from Phoenix fighting holiday traffic, lots of coffee, and a big breakfast!
