Trusting someone to your hair is scary! I was referred to Janelle by a co worker as I was still commuting to the valley to see my tried and true stylist of many years. I was quickly put at ease as Janelle spent time explaining her process and the «extras» that she includes as necessary based on your hair needs (not adding $$). She took time to find out my expectations and overall it was not scary at all! The salon was cute and comfy. She even followed up with a phone call two days later to make sure I was still comfortable with the experience! Winning for change!!!
