My wife and I were passing by and decided to give it at try. We got 2 orders of the Lemon pepper wings and fries. They were great, the wings are a good size and cooked properly. The service is exceptional and very friendly. It is my regular wing joint now. Next time we will try the ribs.

Friendly people, smells great from outside like a BBQ joint should. Had the hamburger, it did not smell or taste fresh and was not cooked as well as I asked for.

I’m not really sure how to rate this place — so I’ll just get started: You can’t miss the smoker in the parking lot — just seeing that made my pulse quicken. The teenage cashier greeted me as soon as I entered which I thought was great — but each time I had a question about the menu — she had to go into kitchen to ask — even a basic question like — what kind of ribs are these — she said«pork.» When I said no — what kind — baby back, spare ribs, what? She didn’t know, so she had to go ask a women in the kitchen — and that person then came out and said ‘pork.’ And throughout our exchange — she did that thing that teenage girls do when they talk slowly, in a high pitched voice and stretch their eyes as though the questions you’re asking are ridiculous. So there was that bit of weirdness from the start. On to my order: First off — I ordered a fried pork chop. They have a pork chop dinner and pork chop sandwich($ 4.99). So because I didn’t want a sandwich, they charged $ 3.99 for a sandwich minus the bread. I also ordered the tilapia special(it was one that day’s specials) for $ 4.50. It was a really great deal(2 pieces of fish, side of your choosing, Texas toast and beverage). I chose fries as my side. I also ordered a half slab of ribs for the SO and me to eat later. I tried to order some pulled pork as well, but they were out. Sidebar: The kitchen staff messed up 2 orders while I was there and they seemed like a friendly, but disorganized bunch. The restaurant space is tiny(formerly Bruster’s Ice Cream.) Lots of small tables squeezed into such a small area combined with these hips, means I went to my car to eat. I inhaled the smokiness then started to tuck into my food. Unfortunately — my fries were undercooked, so I had to take them back. They were very apologetic — and offered to cook more — but I opted for baked beans instead since I figured it would be quicker. Overall verdict: Pork chop was center cut and well seasoned — but thin. Fries were crinkle cut but as I mentioned earlier — undercooked and replacement baked beans were simply pork n beans with lots of brown sugar. The tilapia would probably be a real crowd pleaser — because it was very thick and well seasoned, but I’m just not a fan of the mushiness that results from fish that has been frozen.(Shame on me! I SAID I was going to stop ordering fish unless I’m at a riverside or Ocean spot!) I also thought the fish garnished with a slice of lemon was a nice touch. But the star of the show was definitely the ribs. Very tasty and smoky — would come back for those alone. See all pics. There was a gentleman — I can only assume he was the owner or manager — who thanked me for coming in — but it would have been nice if he’d also identified himself(name /position) so I could include it here. Overall — I think they’re a welcome addition to the neighborhood and I wish them much success. I think a few weeks to let them work out all the kinks and they’ll net a 4 or 5 star rating! Side note — I wanted to call in this order — but had the hardest time getting a listing in a google search — so I’m going to type some variations of their name here — maybe Unilocal algorithms can do their magic and make it easier to find them: Deze Bonez, These Bones, Theze Bonez.

I’ve been here a handful of times and they have yet to disappoint. The service is always top notch. Every entrée I’ve tried is great. Ribs are some of the best I’ve ever had. BBQ nachos are plentiful and delicious. I’m glad they’ve come to town. Call ahead for to-go orders.

Went for lunch 7⁄29 catfish was good. Went again Saturday 8⁄1 had rib tips. They were so dry I couldn’t chew them; therefore, I had to return them. They gave me another order which was ok. I will never order from drive through again. I will go inside and eat. If the food is not right you won’t have to make an extra trip to return it. Also had the hot wings which was fair. Didn’t have peach cobbler twice so I wonder why it’s listed on the menu.

Theze Bonez by far serve the best ribs in The A! The ribs are cooked to perfection along with the other dishes. It’s definitely the place visit especially if you want true southern cuisine. I will return again and again and again. Thanks Theze Bonez for bringing delicious home cooked food back into existence!!!

Brand new restaurant in Powder Springs that I decided I would try, and it did not disappoint. This restaurant specializes in ribs, chicken, and fish. It is not a fast food restaurant, so there was an approximate 10 – 15 minute wait for my food. I ordered the 3 Bonez Rib Combo, with collard greens, and cornbread patty. I also ordered the ½ lb Rib Tip Combo with French fries, and Texas toast. Overall, the food was delicious, and everything was seasoned perfectly. The ribs had a little spicy kick to them, but not overly spicy. My only complaint would be that the ribs were a little tough. Other than that, it was really good. I look forward to going back, and trying the other items on the menu!
