Mrs. Lin is the BEST server there. They were on a wait and I counted 12 empty tables and the bar wasn’t busy either but Owell the wait wasn’t very long. The food is regular Red Lobster it’s clean and the staff is nice but Mrs Lin goes above and beyond to please her guest and that’s a plus

We went to Red Lobster on the East West Connector on 12/05/2015. And we’ve been there several times. The service was good and the food did taste good. Brandon was our server and he was great! Food came out a little late but Brandon did apologize for it. Yes I would recommend this Red Lobster.

I am sure most people are familiar with Red Lobster — however each experience is different– I came to this location a little out of my way– and was pleasantly surprised to have my waitress be the Fantastic– super excellent– overly jubilant Vicki!!! She was so personable and helpful! She told me the specials and made me the BEST strawberry margarita (even though it was a virgin one) she made it with joy and it was a piece of heaven on a cloud! High five Ms. Vicki– thanks for the great service!!! I will come out of my way again!

Well, honestly the best red lobster experience I’ve ever had. Ask for Shakura, she is the best. I was able to customize my order and get exactly what I wanted. Service was prompt, the food came out quickly and was very good. Parmesan crusted salmon. They let me create it and it was great.

I love seafood & this location is just awful. The shrimp is never up to par & the pasta is always tough. I would not return & do not recommend this place to anyone. Sad day when the best thing in the restaurant is your bread & water.

I prefer this Red Lobster far better than the one on Camp Creek. I can honestly say I have not experienced bad service since I’ve been going here.

Came here a week before endless shrimp started and wanted to kick myself in the ass! I’m not a huge fan of red lobster and come when they have certain specials. Seeing my anguish our waitress explained if I signed up for some red lobster news letter I would get a free appetizer. We got the lobster pizza. This is the first lobster pizza from RL that ever tasted meaty and looked like the picture in the menu. It was devine. I ordered the Alfredo dish and my companion ordered some shrimp dish. Our check was about 40ish and we left a $ 13 tip. Only 3 out of 5 stars due to damn near being ignored at the door because the hostess was engrossed with some Co worker about the show scandal and then the rapper 2 chainz 0_o smh I’m happy our waitress made up for it and kept her professionalism. It’s a shame some minorities actually think they can slack off with professionalism with their own race but want to make sure they keep their job when dealing with another race *_*

I was a fan of the food, not as happy with the service.
She kept me waiting after I was seated for quite a few minutes. When she did come by, she wanted to take my drink and dinner orders at the same time. I saw she did the same thing with another table. It must be her technique to make you wait and take your order for everything at once so she doesn’t have to make add’l trips. She dropped off drinks and a single stack that included biscuits in a basket, utensils, napkins and plates then walked away.
Ordered the small portion of grilled salmon with potato and caesar salad. Salad was absolutely drowning in dressing so I got a replacement with dressing on the side.
Will absolutely go back! :o)

Went here yesterday by myself just to clear my mind & had a great time. My server was mad respectful & cool & wasn’t too loud or too extra lol. Food was perfect, never had the Parmesan crusted tilapia before but damn it was scrumptious!

Red Lobster is always pretty good. I ordered a shrimp liguini pasta this time and have no complaints. Service and food were good and arrived in a timely manner. I’d be back… oh and cant forget the delicious buscuits.

Sat at bar, got to hear the over talkative bartenders drama. She apologized repeatedly for unimportant thing. Apparently 4 tables is too much to handle. Got my order mixed up with someone else’s but she apologized a dozen more times and gave scenarios as to what could have gotten the orders mixed, so I felt pressured to give 4 stars.
Food was good. Dr pepper was good. Bartender needs to chill out and breathe. And stop telling people her problems. Professionalism lacks, but over apologetic friendliness makes up for it. You can tell she’s trying.

The bar harbour salad always keeps me coming back. This time I tried it with Salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly. That was the best part of my meal!!! The only thing I would love and the manager agreed is if they were more consistent. What you get today is not what you get tomorrow. But besides that everything is good!!! That bahamama was refreshing!

Ordered my food togo. Despite telling the woman that this is a separate order, I still had to have her ring up and bag everything separately once I arrived. The part I’m really upset about is that my friend got a whole bag of biscuits while I only got three? C’mon Son!
The Cajun chicken pasta was beyond salty. Nothing Cajun about it. More like would you like chicken with your salt?

I’ve been here a few times. The food is always pretty good. The app we had was the sweet chili shrimp. They are very good. Not a huge portion but nonetheless with the price. It might be my new favorite app here.
We ended up ordering the broiled seafood trio and the ultimate feast. I liked the seafood trio for the most part. I wasn’t a Huge fan of the stuffed shrimp. Just was something about the sauce that i personally didn’t like (though my gf loved them) the Feast was good as well. No real complaints about it. Our server Ramone was just how WE like our servers: around but not around if you get me. Overall we enjoyed our experience at this particular Red Lobster… unlike a certain other location. (I’m talking about you Red Lobster in Camp Creek Marketplace)
