Domino’s Pizza

Holy crap! Worst domino’s around. They just kinda suck. They never have the order ready when they say they will. They people answering the phones can barely talk. Come on… What do you mean a Sekai pepperoni what… Um… PIZZA? That’s what you sell that comes in pepperoni! Is thinking not part of the job requirements for this domino’s? I’m done trying this location.

Tmobile Tuesdays is the best thing to happen to tmobile customers, but definitely the worst for the dominos employees. Came in around 5:50pm after putting in an order for a free pizza at 5:25pm. They were completely swamped with orders, but they mentioned carry out order times would take 30 minutes. Stood there in the lobby while employees would randomly call out names of orders that were ready. I let them know a couple times that my order was placed at 5:25pm since it was now past the 30min carry out time they mentioned. In the end I ended up leaving at 6:40pm and the pizza I got was for a different customer because they lost my order. The pizza also is way over cooked. Hopefully things get more organized for future Tuesdays.

Came here for tmobile Tuesdays, got a free two topping pizza! Can’t beat that deal! They were swamped with orders, but that was expected for Tuesday. The inside waiting area is a decent size and clean. Parking was easy and plentiful. Would have given more stars if my order wasn’t lost and I didn’t have to wait more than an hour. Oh and the best part, the pizza tastes completely overcooked and looks stale.

WORST DOMINOS EVER!!! Couldnt find my house so they canceled my order. Then i called back to re order it… It finally came. I opened the box of pizza fucking one slice was missing! Smelled like freezer burn. Moral of the story pretty much they gave me my order from the first time. AWFUL

After letting the manager know about my situation, she offered my money back and a free order. I have always been a fan of dominos, and after their sincere efforts to regain my trust again, I will be back.

I see from the other ratings that people have had issues when dealing with delivery, but I was a walk-​in customer tonight and everything was great. I could see the delivery guys were humping, but they managed to take my order and have me out the door within 15 minutes as they promised. The pizza was delicious!
Will definitely make my way back again.

This location of Domino’s Pizza Sucks big time, This is the 2^nd time in last one year they didn’t deliver my order within 1 hour of order time. They promised to deliver 15 to 30 min and we were waiting for more than 1 hour and cancelled the order after that.

This is the worst experience we had with this store they can’t keep delivery commitment made online. When I spoke to Lorraine at the store, she said they can’t control the what is committed online.
So please plan more than 2 hours before if you still like to order from this place.

Called in an order. Got put on hold for 5 minutes. I drive 6 miles to get my 37 dollar order and they didn’t accept my 100 dollar bill. Unbelievable. So they told me I could run to the Starbucks across the street and ask for change, went to Starbucks and the gas station, unbelievable that I came back after my effort to get change and they would not let me but my pizza. They were incredibly rude when I asked to talk to the manager, nothing said you guys don’t take 100 dollar bills, I looked all over and I was taking it to go so why didn’t they tell me over the phone? Honestly made me look like a fool to run around and ask for my 100 to be broken, the funny thing is the customers that were there waiting for pizza were shocked and they couldn’t believe it either. Not only did you guys look bad to me but three other customers. I’m not even going to pick that order up. 37 dollars worth of food gone. My change would have been 62 dollars and something cents, I’m sure they had enough change. We’ve order dominos for parties, for friends and guest and now you can forget that I’ll call them. What an experience.

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I ordered from this location online to pick up some pizzas for the guys at work, who worked through their lunch hour for me. The gentleman that helped me was extremely polite and made sure I had everything I needed to make lunch perfect. The guys had no complaints… but what can I say… they’re hungry guys. The pizzas were cooked perfectly. That… combined with exceptional service, proves this place needs a higher rating. Keep up the good work! No complaints here at all!

Great Pizza service from the night staff over the years. If there was ever an issue it would be fixed right away. Will order from again. Don’t know about the managerial staff but the workers themselves make some tasty pizza.

I was contacted by someone from dominos apologizing for my experience. They offered to send me a gift card, and I never received a thing (almost a year later). I have since regretfully ordered again from this place and nothing has improved. Still no parm cheese, and the drivers do not bring crushed red peppers with them on deliveries. Horrible.

I ordered 2 pizzas via the app because my granddaughter loves their basic cheese pizza and if I am going to eat pizza I want a little more pizzazz. I ordered the Brooklyn style Wisconsin cheese for me and was surprised it was so good! Tonight she is visiting again so I am getting the same order with pepperoni added to mine.
I think their app is extremely helpful and it even gave me coupon codes to save me some money.
PS last time was first time in at least 12 years I’ve tried them, give it a try!

Came into the Domino’s Pizza on Scripps Poway Parkway and Pomerado Road tonight at around 7:30 pm with the intention of ordering a pizza. Unfortunately, I witnessed the manager being incredibly rude to the staff and to the customers. She was extremely sarcastic and belittling to her staff directly in front of the customers. She yelled across the room to the staff members who had questions in the most belittling manner that I felt very sorry for these employees. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I stuck around long enough to find out what the manager’s name was then I left without ordering. The manger’s name is Courtney. I will file a complaint with the company.

Not a general fan of Dominos but they have stepped their game up over the years. This is the only thing open for delivery in my area past a certain time. Satisfied if for no other reason because of that. Sometimes you just need a late night bite to eat. They deliver in this area… pun intended

Was contacted by the company, offered a gift certificate and that changes would be made. Waiting to receive the promised gift certificate. Will update again if and when things are made right

Great job team! My brother Hector holds poker night over at his place once a month. We are on Oak Knoll Rd. We ordered from Dominos from Poway and they did a great job! A little late but still 5 stars. Thanks for the Chocolate cakes!

This place has gone down. It started off great, but the lack of consistency and excessive wait times (when asking on the phone) have deterred me from ordering. I guess it’s back to Pizza Hut. I want to like dominos, but the one in the PQ area was better. Too bad. I was a long time customer.

If I could give this place a 0 I would, twice. Ordered some pizzas and they said 30 mins. After an hour we called and they said it was out for delivery. After another 40 mins we called back to find out our order has been canceled. Those c**k suckers never called or emailed us letting us know. I guess no one gives a s**t there.
