We were just passing through on our way to an appointment in Connecticut, we discovered a nail in our tire. We went in, gave our information and they said they would get to it soon. I asked how long it would be she said an hour and a half because not all of her techs were in yet. We explained we had to be somewhere at a specific time and they were very nice and accommodated us. Everyone was very polite.

This is hard to write because I do wish small business owners good luck. It’s a hard economy. But my experience at this place was not good. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. The (new?) manager said he had the oil I use in our 1990 VW Westy so I went for it. After a very long wait I asked if there was a problem and was told they only had 4 quarts of what I requested and «we’re waiting» for another quart to be delivered. I had one and gave it to them.
Problem: Manager saying he had product on hand when he did not.
Solution: Tell customer immediately why there’s a delay. (In my case it was solved only when I offered my own oil).
Problem: My Michelin tire was found to have a puncture while they were rotating the tire.
Solution: They ordered new tire that arrived next am. OK.
Problem: They would not accept a VISA payment for the labor and mounting charges not covered by my insurance. Only cash or «check was acceptable». This confounds me.
Solution: I had to go get cash from nearby Credit Union. Inconvenient. I don’t have a solution for this other than to change the policy or explain to customer beforehand why it’s in effect.
Problem: After the new tire was mounted they would not release my car to me until all the paperwork was sent and received from the insurance company. This was out of my hands and I waited an hour.
Solution: Trust the official paperwork given them and release the car. (They had my VISA card number and could have charged me if I was part of a fraudulent attempt to cheat them for the cost of a tire). I waited an hour before requesting they call and straighten things out. The insurance company said the faxes «had not come through».
I finally found the manager and explained I’d waited an hour and that I had cash to pay and wanted to be on our way. After finishing his cigarette he came into the office and copied my paperwork (again?) and faxed them (again) and took my money and handed me my keys. All this could have been done 1 ½ hours before.
Maybe a retraining of the personnel might help. Customers come first. At least at most places. Not here.

Made a 10am appointment, they had both my phone number and email address… Yet when I arrived they didn’t have the tires in stock… They then told me that the tires would be there by 11am… At 11:30am they then said that they wouldn’t be there until 12:30−1pm… They ended up getting there around 12pm…
The staff was very friendly… I was a little irked by the issue with the tires not being in stock and them not knowing when they would be… Overall it was an ok experience

I Had a nail in my tire and I went in at 5:58 and they Close at 6:00 to get it plugged. The manager then said no after I told her that we live 2 ½ hours away. She replied by saying all the machines in the back are shut off. Which didn’t make any sense. She then suggested a different tire place.

My first warning that I should have stayed away was when they were supposed to rotate my tires and they did not and I had specifically asked them to rotate when I dropped off for an oil change. These were tires I bought at this location. They will also try to sell you on a long list of repairs and flushes. I have finally given up on this place; they quoted me one price and said bring it in and then after arranging to drop the car off they changed the price thinking I would accept the higher price since I was already there. They play all the games here… they are most interested in meeting their sales numbers at their customer’s expense.

I wouldn’t let them touch my car again if it broke down in their parking lot. I was told my car needs a new tire pressure sensor. They made me wait 3 hrs (they were also putting on my snow tires) charged me for the part. When my TPMS wouldn’t go off I took it back, waited another 2 hrs for them to see my car. I was told it would have to be reprogrammed. I took it to the dealership only to find out they never even installed the sensor. They just put a cap on it and told me it was installed. When I confronted them they lied and told me I really has 2 sensors that needs to be replaced. That they had replaced one, but forgot to mention the other. They are nothing but a bunch of lying scam artists!!! Save your money, time, and car and go anywhere else but there!!!

Overall: Find somewhere else to get work done.
I only had the misfortune of dealing with Jennifer and Eric, so I can only speak to their service, but it was terrible. Jennifer spends more time on her phone than she does at the front counter. Eric spends more time running out to his car than he does actually doing any work.
I had an inspection here which brought up a few items that needed to be fixed. I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours to fix. I made arrangement to drop off my car at 7 AM (when the location opens). It ended up taking 11 hours to get the work done AND they failed to squeeze in an oil change!
Jennifer offered to give me a free oil change, but I had to come back for it. I show up after making an appointment and was told they were a half hour behind. Not a huge deal, so I sit and wait. It ended up taking an hour and a half for them to even get started! After two and a half hours I finally have an oil change! TWO AND A HALF HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE! It was free, but they used the cheapest oil available!
As long as it is the same management at this location, I sure as hell will not be visiting. I probably won’t even visit another Goodyear ever again.

Great service here, we took my fiancé’s car here after mavis broke the wheel lock key trying to change tires. Anthony was very helpful and got us a great deal on se top of the line tires. Will be returning here for tires and other work on my truck.

Very dangerous place!!! DO NOT GO THERE EVEN IF YOU RECEIVE A COUPON FROM THEM. What they for sure will be doing in your car is to RUIN IT. They trick you in with a coupon and then try to sell you a bunch of SH… TTT. If you do not buy those SH… TTT, you will walk to a RUINED CAR!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Went to ‘em a long time ago for a tire plug & it was done very well — no hustling, no problems.
Went a few yrs later for another tire plug; said it’d be ready by noon & they’d call me. 1pm comes around, no call. Called them & they told me the car was ready an hour ago — they didn’t call to tell me that LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
Got there to pick the car up & the guy behind the counter has a whole list of things he said my car «needed» done. Priciest was a transmission flush, about $ 300. Said the fluid was dirty.
It’s a total SCAM!!! My car had a sealed tranny which means NO dipstick & the only way to see the fluid is to take the bottom panel off. So, my question would be how the guy knew my tranny fluid was dirty w/​out a dipstick? I doubt VERY highly that they would’ve gone to the trouble of removing the bottom panel (or whatever it’s called) — I’ve seen tranny work done & it’s a pretty involved process!
So I got a copy of the list & told the guy I’d talk to MY mechanic about all the work 1^st. The look of utter frustration on his face at NOT being able to scam someone was worth it!
