Sherlen was so helpful in assisting me in finding the correct boxes to use to ship shoes that I sold on ebay. She also helped me with the shipping times and rates and was pleasant and willing to assist without having to be asked.

Great place to go for shipping items. The hours are very convenient particularly on the weekend when you need to ship items and they are open late. Huge store and very helpful staff.

No one likes going to the post office/printer. In fact, I wouldn’t even consider writing a Unilocal review for such a mundane task, but Ryan at Fed Ex is a super cool guy who is incredibly helpful and personable. AND they’re open until 11 on weekdays, which is huge for those of us that aren’t able to run errands during normal business hours. All of their printing is really great quality too. Highly recommend

Can actually help with copies, this is not Staples, sorry Mitt Romney. It will cost you an arm and a leg for everything though, get a quote before you buy.

The all in one home office for someone on the go who needs any number of office type ammenities. Copying, FAXing, printing and PC related activities are all available in a pleasant environment. The one thing I can say about this particular location is the staff is very attentive and are there to help you with everything you need.

Yeah, it’s a national chain. So it’s gotta be the same as every other Kinko’s– I mean… FedEx Office(I will never get used to that name change). Right? You know… with minimum wage workers that would rather sit alone in the break room than be out front helping customers, and endless smelly homeless men taking up the computers. Alas, it is not. The people behind the counter here are useful. Every time I’ve been in here, someone has gone above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Tonight, M and I stopped by with a file we needed printed. Routine procedure, right? They probably just plug in the thumb drive, hit 80 copies, and hand you a stack of whatever comes out. Nope. The girl that was helping us actually reformatted the file so it would print perfectly. She also noticed that we had two images per page and offered to cut them to size for us for no additional cost. She packaged them with cardboard that was also cut to size, and tied it all together with rubber bands into one neat little package. When does this happen? I’ve had a pretty similar experience the other few times I’ve been here. Their prices are the same as any other location, which always seemed kind of pricey, but if you receive great service, it’s worth it. I have to say, though, the FedEx Office website is an advanced torture device. If you’re looking to get a large job processed or something double-sided or properly trimmed, go to a local print shop. There’s one in the next plaza over, and Infinite Imaging is pretty close.
