This is a great place to take the family camping. There is a bathroom in a central location that includes 2 flush toilets and running water to rinse your hands with(no soap). I recommend bringing extra toilet paper(occasionally they run out before it is refilled in the morning). The camping spaces are good sized and have a nice view of the lake. Each space has an enclosed fire pit with a removable grate that covers half of the pit. There are community water stations where you can rinse off dishes, sandy feet, etc. There is a coin operated shower on site. The showers are large concrete rooms with plenty of warm water!

2015 Stayed here from June 3 to June 7. Another new camp host this year. He asserts his authority as a «BLM Ranger» and makes certain everyone is aware who is in charge. However, he and she do not clean the bathrooms. The bathrooms need more than toilet paper. The bathrooms need mopping, sweeping and toilets and sinks need disinfecting soap cleaning. WHEREARETHEQUALITYCONTROLSUPERVISORSWHOARESUPPOSETOCHECKONTHEQUALITYOFBATHROOMCLEANINGBYTHEGRASSHOPPERCAMPHOSTS? I have been coming here for over 12 years. I have never seen filthier campground toilets nor worse hosts who think policing over cleaning is their sole responsibility. Get to work supervisor.
