They go the mile to check on your prescriptions, help if you get stuck, etc. the pharmacy is excellent. The rest of the store is expensive. They only carry the regular medical things so if you need things like a cotton roll or metatarsal pads you won’t find them. Lots of make up, less medical. Lots of campy gifts. I only Go for the pharmacy. Outer drive thru lane is broken. Not 24 hours.

They will accept products for a refund. For once a store does what they say it will. I bought the wrong product I took it home and thought«oh great I’m stuck with it» nope. Next day I returned it for a full refund. Youd be surprised how rare that is now a days

For the 3rd time in a row I have requested a refill on my meds. For the 3rd time in a row their system has failed to notify me when it has been filled. I just called to find out if my medication was ready and the woman who answered the phone said«yes, it looks like it was flagged for us to offer you a generic and that might be why it didn’t notify you it was ready» Ok so how can you offer me a cheaper med if you never tell me it’s filled? Also, I have NEVER been offered a generic at this walgreens. So if that’s what hangs it up every month then why haven’t they just offered it to me and moved on? Not remotely cool!
