Miguel is very shady. He gave me a «free» UE Boom for being a longtime customer. I specifically asked him if I would incur any additional costs or fees and he said no. I found out later through another Verizon store that I’m signed up for a monthly payment plan to pay for it (that store told me he now works here)… I would not recommend this store or Verizon.

Ean was so helpful today when I went to upgrade my phone! He explained everything carefully and patiently and made sure I had plenty of time to read the terms and conditions before signing. He showed me how my new phone works and set up a transfer of all my photos and contacts from my old phone. He showed me the phones I was interested in looking at instead of trying to show me the newest and flashiest ones.
I’m very, very happy with my experience there and recommend that if you’re in the market for a phone or contract and are a bit paranoid of being taken advantage of (like I am, thanks to my ex-​cell phone carrier that rhymes with lint) then come on over here and they’ll set your mind at ease.
