Super awesome company! When they say mom & pop, they really mean it. Ray came over with a smile on his face and had our washer up & running in no time. Great people to deal with, they will always get our business in the future.

We had a broken microwave. They diagnosed problem over phone and then helped me recognize I could use the warranty to replace it even though I would have to go with a different business then theirs. They put my best interest over their bottom line. I am impressed! Really nice woman too.

Bad experience for me. I called and made an appointment almost a week in advance to have my dishwasher fixed (Thursday 20^th). They gave me a window of 12:00 to 1:00(Tuesday 25^th). The day of appointment came and no call no show. I waited until 4:00 and called. Judy informed me that others needed to have there refrigerators and stoves fixed because these people were having family for Thanksgiving, and my dishwasher wasn’t a priority. She then told me that she would see what she could do and called me back. She called back about 10 minutes later and told me that there was no way they could make it to my house today. She then informed that she would need to reschedule for December 2, almost another whole week away. Needless to say I would never call them again for repairs and definitely never recommend The Service Center to any family or friends. I guess you cant always rely on positive reviews from Unilocal

Called about a range problem. We have a 1980’s modern maid which they haven’t made for years. The service man, Ray, researched the range before he came to see if he could fix it. Set an appointment, was here on time and went right to work. In a short time it was fixed.
Knowledgable, professional, friendly, and on time with very reasonable rates.
Ray and the Service Center are keepers. Thank you very much.

Literally the best service I have ever received. The technician was on time, had his tools and the parts in hand when he walked up to the house, completed the job efficiently, and even fixed something else on my dryer in a flash when I asked. I was so impressed I called the company to tell them how great it was. I will not use any other company for my appliance service needs.

I can’t believe there are so few reviews for this stellar business! Once again I had an appliance problem, this time with the fridge, and I called Service Center. Once again, the phone was immediately answered by the friendly and helpful Judy, who listened carefully to the symptoms, and shared her 2 theories of what the problem likely was. Within 20 minutes she called back with parts availability and surprisingly low cost estimates, and once again she managed to fit me on the schedule for the very next day! Yes, it’s a family business, but they treat me so well I feel like it’s MY family’s business. I can’t imagine I’d get better or friendlier service if my brother owned the place!

Great customer service and quick turn-​arround. They repair appliances ranging from microwaves to space-​heaters. Good ‘ol mom and pop operation. 5 stars.
