Dive? No, too well lit. And the Bartenders are nice (tip them well) Great place to drink cheap! Beer and wine only, so no Scotch. Cash only, so use the atm

I don’t know… I’d wanted to drop in for a while and I finally did. The lights are way too bright. The bathroom kinds stank like stale pee. There was just something off about the place and maybe not in a bad way but definitely not in a good way.
Bonus: Happy hour 7am — 11am.

Passable, albeit middling representatives of the same neighborhood are not scarce. Get thee to Kenton Station, or the Mouse Trap, or most definitely Ye Olde Cuckoo’s Nest, further south on Denver Ave… Despite the promising trappings and ultra convenient locale (right on two No Po bus lines. Two!!), this is not an especially inviting place for a night cap. There are larger selections, better all-​around prices, and friendlier service abounding, see examples above.

Came here for the first time while participating in Anticon, along with a couple hundred other Santas who stormed the joint. Fast, friendly service and $ 1.50 PBRs made our Santas very happy. A lot of the other places on the route seemed caught off guard by the masses but this place ran a tight ship. I would totally come back to this dive.

We were afraid to go in. No windows. PBR for $ 1.50 Not a bad jukebox. Pool for .50 a good deal. Don’t order the wings could have have been cooked for 20 mins more. You can blame us for trying them though. No tight-​pants in sight.
