Excellent customer service. All of the employees are extremely knowledgeable. The rates are some of the fairest in town. And they go out of their way to support Maine local artists as opposed to supporting artists that can help put more profit in their pocket. All in all my favorite store in Portland. Definitely a must see if you are from out-​of-​town.

I was in Portland for a Weezer concert and my cousins girlfriend wanted to buy a new pipe. We entered and were promptly greeted. There was one other person in the store. We started to look around and the other person left. The guy that worked there (he had a 10 hrs shift on Fridays, I don’t remember his name) was SO nice and helpful. He gave us parking tips, dinner tips and merch tips. We were all so appreciative of his help.
The store wasn’t over priced at all. Said guy also educated me about the products without making me feel stupid. I highly recommend going there on a Friday, the dude was great. If I’m ever in Portland again I will go back.

These guys got what you need and if they don’t they’ll point you in the right direction! The Blazin Ace has a gorgeous selection of fine name brand USA-​made glass pieces and the headiest local-​glass in Maine! Behind the counter they have some of the most informative clerks I’ve ever spoken to and a great selection of products. Also, they will do a 10% off discount for any medical marijuana user! Head there for any tool or piece or paper you need! And don’t forget to ask for a coupon for free parking if you parked in the parking garage across the street!(must spend up to 30 $ to get)

The store is clean and open and gives not a whiff of the sketchy headship vibe. I’ve had several conversations about their products with the staff, and I’ve never felt any pressure to buy. They have everything from the most modern vaporizers to hand-​crafted glass pieces. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the market or if you’re in the mood to browse.

Dab rigs, yep. Where else are you going to find a Toro in the Old Port? They also have a large selection of electronic oil pens. I got my Micro G there!

Stopped by while doing some window shopping with my boyfriend on our first visit to Portland. Lots of stuff to look at, but what really made our visit was the guy working behind the counter that day. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable, taking time to answer all our questions without rushing us. He talked to us about local production vs. foreign manufacturing and I learned a lot of new things. I wasn’t looking for anything for myself but ended up picking up a lovely green glass piece.
