The man at the counter was extremely friendly and was quick at showing us what accessories were available for the specific phone we inquired about. He was informative about in store promotions without being pushy and took pride in showing us the features of our new accessories as well as demonstrated how to use them. We will definitely be shopping here in the future.

The girl with black hair who serviced me was very nice. She seemed like she really cared about how my day was going and what I needed them to do. She gave me a very fair price with good, fast customer service, even though she was busy with other customers! Overall, my experience at Tech Zone was exceptional and I will not only stop by, but send more people there!

Very helpful in getting my phone working again when provider couldn’t and about the same price as online, but with in-​person service. Alexis was knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations.
Only complaint was the longer wait do to an employee being sick.
