More of a 3.5 but Unilocal does not allow half stars. Good, cheap food (especially the veggie tacos) but the chicken and pastor are rather bland. Wish it was better because it is so close.

Seriously the best burrito cart in town. I eat here almost daily and it’s always good. The staff is amazing and always wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a better burrito shop to live less then a block from. Everything on the menu is stellar trust me.

Great carnitas. Loved the pollo as well. And very cheap — made me think that I was in Mexico. This place will be a regular stop anytime I’m in the north-​east part of Portland.

I live a block down from this obscure little gem here in NEPO.
Unless you’re getting gas, which shares the parking lot with the cart. Or catching the 72 towards Clackamas, you’d never know this place was here.
They maintain a very small menu. But none the less tasty. They do have some rotating items but if you’re in the Cully Block and looking for something fast, cheap and easy [other than hitting up Skinn] not to mention filling. Seek no further. They’re veggie friendly and usually have a smiling face to welcome you and take your order.
