Their daily $ 4.99 special is hands down the best lunch in the Cully. Quick friendly service. Chips and salsas are gratis. Music can be loud. But that’s Mexico baby!

Love, love, love this place! Never had a bad meal or anything other than great service here. I am a bit of a Mexican food snob (grew up 15 minutes from the border) and this place is one of my tops in Portland! Usually go for the seafood (mariscos) but everything else is very good too. Additional pluses? Good margs and real feel, I could be in Mexico right now, ambience. Te amo, Mariscos el Malecon.

Delish seafood Mexican dishes!!! Always fresh. The seafood cocktails are great. Sopes a must!!! Enchiladas verdes superb.

My wife and I came upon to this small taco place… Mariscos el Malecon along Portland Hiway/​30 BYP by accident. I ordered something to go, a Rubeus Hagrid Burrito Supreme for $ 5.99 and it’s worth my money. I’ll be back anytime when I’m within 5 mile radius from this taco shop.

$ 5 supreme burrito on Fridays, sign me up! The thing is massive, too! Get it with no lettuce, though, my preference. Tacos are $ 2 a piece, so haven’t tried those since there are cheaper options nearby.
Will def be coming back.
