But, DUDE, just about the nicest lady ever at the drive through just now!
She was pleasant, articulate, and fast. She had a huge smile on and my order was all correct.

Super slow service. Was so tired waiting for my knowledge of a grande. It felt like I waited all night long. All I wanted was some tacos and they never came.

This Taco Bell consistently has the best service and freshest and most generous food of any Taco Bell I have been too. I have been visiting this Taco Bell for about 15 years. I’ve been to many many other Taco Bell’s, and I’ve never written review before, but I have to say they’re really doing good work here. The customer service is consistently good and polite. I don’t know how they get such good people to work here consistently. I wish I could meet the manager and thank him or her sometime. Well done!

I have gone to this taco bell my entire life (North PDX Native here) and tonight I waited 40 minutes for 2 bean burritos and was still ASKED TO PAY FOR MY MEAL. My food cost less than $ 3 total. I don’t have the option to turn my car around mid way through the drive thru so why not at least pay for my meal to make up for the insane wait time and the inability to bail out?
Hella rude, yall. Get your crap together. :/

Ok; I know it’s Taco Bell. A lot of assumptions and drawbacks go along with that.
HOWEVER. This was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had, and I’m old and I’ve seen a lot of Taco Bells in my time. If you’re going to go there in the evening, go through the drive through; they favor orders in the drive through 10:1 over inside orders and you’ll be waiting about 15 minutes for your food no matter what you order.
Also they got my order wrong.
But… it’s Taco Bell.

So… It’s Taco Bell food; do with that what you will…
This review is about service… To be exact, fan-​freaking-​tastic service, 100% of the time, over a span of about 1 year, from different people almost every visit.
I come here when I need food fast and I know what I want. I always go in to order (never drive-​through) and the service has been amazing. Everyone is friendly and generally has the appearance of happiness. They’re patient when I need them to be. They offer alternatives when the national website menu doesn’t match their offerings. Seriously, some of the best fast food customer service ever.
I go once every month or two, so this is all based on about 8 to 10 visits.

The people here have been surprisingly friendly and professional the few times I’ve visited.
Pretty straightforward when it comes to fast food. Order fast, get your food fast. Where joints Ike these stand out is getting the order correct. They’ve never left anything out.
After about 10:30 they can’t serve cantina stuff (my favorite) and apparently the neighbors like the Carmel apple empanadas, cause they run out all the time.
I eat here too often.

The Girl, @elvisismyman, and I will frequently end up here out of convenience or lazyness. It is always an inexpensive option for a quick bite.
The service here is usually pretty fast (as expected at Taco Bell). Counter service can range from friendly to indifferent. The food has been fairly consistent on all visits.
My biggest issue is that the restaurant needs more upkeep in the cleaning department. I understand the way high traffic can mess a place up but this needs to be a priority. Honestly I prefer the drive through. The team seems friendlier and I don’t have to see the dirty floors.
Overall, this location is a three star establishment in relation to other fast food venues. Now if cleaning were made a priority that score may increase in the future.

Updates: The online app does give you an order number, however if you close the application or rotate your phone the receipt disappears along with your order number.
Ever since I wrote the original review, they are now calling names.
I ordered through the app again, I had a friend with me and he forgot to order a drink. He waited in line and ordered a soda, the employee asked if that was all? My friend said, well we ordered through the app and I forgot to order the soda — she thanked him for ordering through the application because it makes it easier for them — and gave him a small soda cup.
The food was as good as fast-​food can be, this is a rating of a taco-​bell as compared to other taco-​bells.

Our order was wrong… They shorted us food that we paid for. We only ordered four items. When we pulled up to the window the young man working stuck his hand out and without any sort of greeting just said «money». I get that this isn’t five star dining or Cha Cha Cha two blocks down or even a decent McDonalds. BUT a hand out the window with no eye contact that just says money and the lack of ability to correctly place four items in a bag?!? No thanks… drive the extra 10 minutes to Interstate.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. The lobby is extremely clean & well maintained, the food is delicious (tastes better than other Taco Bell locations), and the service is great! The lobby is also open until 12 AM, which is pretty neat if you enjoy dining inside fast food restaurants. I’m really sad this Taco Bell isn’t closer to my house, but then again, maybe that’s a good thing…

The food here is at least average for a Taco Bell and the prices are better than the one on Interstate, but I routinely have to wait for 20+ minutes in a line of only a few cars to get my food. This is especially evident at night. Suggestion: trek over to to Javier’s tacos, about a 10 minute drive away, for your late night Mexican cravings. They’re much better and faster and they’re open 24 hours.

I just arrived at 1:23. Nine people in front of me in line… This location is famous for their very long waits. Great good though.
Overall, GREAT Taco Bell. The waits have been getting shorter. Very nice staff. Very helpful. I will go back tomorrow.

The food is typical Taco Bell fare but the customer service here is outstanding! I really feel like the people who work at this location are genuinely happy and enjoy their jobs. My friend and I met here with my two kids and her four. We ate inside when it was a bit slow and the workers came out and cleared out places, asked how we were and kept the whole place looking very clean.
