Danial helped my fiancé and I transfer over from AT&T today. The computers were down and it took quite a few hours but Danial never got frustrated with us, was super helpful and informative. The thing I did get frustrated about was that we were transferring 5 lines and no one was helping him, as he was somewhat of a new worker. There were 9 people just standing around. I did think to myself «the employees KNOW we’ve been here trying to get this figured out for at least 3 – 4 hours … You would think someone would help this poor guy and finally get us out of the store!» if it wasn’t for the great customer service that Danial had with us, I would’ve given this place 2 stars. Thanks for all your help, Danial!

Ugh this place, I am very frustrated. So my phones battery has been acting up, it dies around 90% or so and basically needs to be plugged in all the time. Being a working mom, I NEED MY CELL. This is the store I usually go to and I have liked it in the past. But this time was different. I had just gotten off work less than a half hour before coming in here, I was exhausted, I had my heavy work bag, and I just wanted to figure something out and get this done. I’m on an account with my grandmother where I am not an authorized user, so I guess they aren’t allowed to tell me anything or help me without one. Understandable. They suggested we call 611 and add me as one. Ok. My grandma gave me her password, her pin, and the last 4 digits on her social, all the info we needed. We call and the wait time is expected to be 1 hour as least. Not wanting to wait, I asked if we could do it online. «Maybe.» Let me tell you, no one in this store knew how to work the website. They messed around online til they finally figured out, I guess we can’t add an authorized user through the website!!! I WAS EXHAUSTED I WAS LITERALLY SITTING ON THE FLOOR. I WAS NOT ONCE OFFERED A SEAT. What I don’t understand is how NO ONE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THE GUY «HELPING» ME DIDNT REALLY SEEM TOO INTERESTED IN ACTUALLY HELPING. I am on the phone WITH THE ACCOUNT HOLDER, MY GRANDMOTHER WHO IS TOO SICK TO LEAVE THE HOUSE TO COME DO THIS, I HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED, and SOMEHOW they cannot help me. I honestly just wanted to know what my insurance covered. Needless to say the guy basically told me, «Oh, well» and I left and my phone is still a mess. Tall guy with glasses that actually helped me last time, where were you?

Do NOT go in this store. I am not talking about the kiosk but the store. The manager is a liar and can not be trusted. Some of the employees are great but the store as a whole… do not go here. Angie is the manager that you do not want to deal with.

Very prompt service and representatives are willing to help you with a smile. I went in to pay my bill and even though I didn’t buy anything I was helped quickly. I asked about changing my plan and the rep who helped me gave me solid and informed advice. I was also surprised at how many employees they had working at one time. The store wasn’t busy, so you could get help right away. Overall a very good experience.
