Total scam. Dont do it. two years payments and speaker went out on my phone. 170 deductible for a refurbished phone. Guy at kiosk in Loyd Center Mall told me zero deductible when I got the plan. I just cancelled, and the guy on the phone told me I was stupid for not reading the contract and simply believing what the salesperson told me. Buyer beware!
