It’s a Subway — there’s not much to add except a comment on the actual premises. Very clean, more modern-looking interior than other Subways and the staff was very friendly. I was a little disappointed that this particular Subway didn’t have any iced tea, but I’m not hard to please so I’m not going to bash a place simply because they don’t have something I want. The bathrooms were very clean — always a plus!

If I could give this Subway a –5 star I would… The woman working here last night went by the name Teresa… At least that is what her name tag looked like it said. We walked in and the Mr needed to use the bathroom before we ordered our sandwiches… When we politely asked for the bathroom key Teresa very rudely states«not before you make a purchase»… I stated we were buying dinner but needed to use the bathroom. She then very rudely repeats«not before you make a purchase»… After that we were very irritated and thought about just leaving but instead decided we were hungry enough to stay and buy a sandwich from this«Teresa» who lacks in customer service. She then continues with the lack in customer service while starting our sandwiches she asks what kind of bread when we do not answer immediately she repeats herself over and over until we give her an answer. Like I wanted to smack her so bad. She was one of the rudest people I have seen in a long time, a very long time. And as if all this wasn’t bad enough, here comes the best part… Then just as Teresa is about to grab the meat for my sandwich she holds up her gloved hand to her face and coughs on it… Then goes right back to making our sandwiches… SERIOUSLY! So then the Mr politely asked her to change her gloves and she rudely says«Why», he says«because you coughed on your hand and then started making our sandwiches». She then starts arguing with us about how that is NOT what she did. We then both asked her to change her gloves, she then glares at us both, rolls her eyes, and says, «I did not cough on my had but FINE, I will change them if if makes you happy»… We looked at each other and agreed to just leave. This establishment either has one of the following issues: One: It is the poorest excuse of a Subway I’ve ever seen… Two: They may have just hired the shittiest person ever to represent their business… Either way the Mr and I will NEVER go back, we will tell everyone we know not to ever go there, and I hope the management for this Subway reads this review and makes some serious changes for the better. I personally refuse to try them again even if they make the needed changes, but maybe me bringing attention to this issue will keep other people from having to deal with a similar issue.

I asked where the napkins were, as the sandwich was a bit messy. «The owner has a 1 napkin per sandwich policy.» She literally wouldn’t give me another napkin. I walked out without sandwich on my hands. Never again.

90% of the time the staff is amazing. 10% of the time they don’t know what they are doing. But this is the best Subway in town!
