WOW!!! REALLY!!! Walked in to buy lunch at this Subway today only to witness an example of THEWORST customer service I have ever seen. This girl behind the counter had a hairdo that was out past her shoulders with NO hairnet. Her hair needed to be either hairneted or she needed a leash and a name for it. So ‘wild hair girl’ is working on 7 subs for this customer. No prob, it is lunchtime. The customer decides to subtract a turkey sub from the line up. Wild hair throws the sandwich into the tub of meats and starts to give the customer lip for changing the order. This guy has been very nice and patient which she rants on about ‘dat not what you said on da phone’. He says just dying to help you when she stops and starts saying only had the order for 5 minutes and there’s a lot here’. Customer leaves. GOODFORHIM!!! Then I noticed wild hair has a sore throat… Great, have to eat around stray hairs falling out AND the possibility of a throw infection. AVOIDATALLCOSTS!!!

Horrible service! The workers are rude and could careless about you or the sandwich they are making. I went there last week and it wasn’t a good experience. I went again tonight in hopes for better service but the same people were there that gave bad service last time. Again, they were rude and not helpful. I left without completing my order. I wasn’t about to give my money or time to such poor service. I will go out of my way to another Subway. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Even if they are giving out free sandwiches, I still wouldn’t set my foot in this place.

The only reason why I go to this subway is because it’s right next to my work. The employees seem to completely hate their job and are SO ridiculously slow. Always out of things as well.

They have been closed for a month. The sign on the door says they are closed for family emergency. But I think they are definitely close for good! It’s about time because the service was absolutely horrible here. I work in the mall and so I went to the subway often because it was close. But the service has been declining for a long time. I hope they leave and we get a better food place soon!

All I wanted was a tuna spinach sandwich, but they were out of tuna, spinach and the toaster was broken. The service was horrible the workers were talking bad about other workers when they weren’t there right in front of customers. They hardly even payed attention to their guests, and just seemed completely annoyed with everything especially working. It was a horrible experience. Never eating at this subway again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My co-workers laugh that this Subway must be a front for some money laundering business because they honestly don’t care about actually serving customers. They are ALWAYS out of most things. When I asked how I could contact a manager, I was told that there wasn’t a way, but that I could go to the website on my receipt and comment on my service. Unfortunately(hahaha), there was no paper in the cash register, so they couldn’t give me a receipt!

Everytime we go there, they are out of salami or a certain bread or coke or NAPKINS or turkey or ham or 4 kinds of chips or freaking NAPKINS. Who runs this place? It’s been months of out of stocks on basic sandwich crap. Get your $hi¥ together management, it’s getting old.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. The staff are always grouchy, never smile and are rude to the customers. I can’t think of a single time I have received good service here, and I frequent it often since it is in such close proximity to my job. I’ve seen a staff member roll her eyes at a customer once because of a simple misunderstanding on toppings. Really Miss? Relax, it will take you one second to take the stupid pickles off of his sandwich. Ya know, I could live with the horrible service just to get a quick sandwich, but what I find even more baffling than the non-friendly staff the manager continues to hire is that this location is ALWAYS running out of things. Two weeks ago they ran out of all bread types except honey oat. You’re kidding, right? No. Another time it was drink cups in a certain size. Once it was apple slices. Last week it was 3 or 4 types of veggies for the sandwiches. Today at noon it was tomatoes. It’s Monday at noon. How can you already be out of tomatoes? Not only are they consistently running out of my favorite bread/toppings/snacks, I get to be treated like $%$% when I go in there. So long Mall 205 Subway! It’s worth it to drive to another location. I’m over this.

Subway, you enable me. I can escape to this clandestine location and eat in peace. You’re bathed in strip mall genericness. Your staff is always friendly. Your lobby is mostly tidy. Your 3 $ footlongs feed this beast.

I keep having bad customer service at this Subway. I go to it because it’s on the way home from school. Everytime I go in, the people behind the counter scowl and glare at everyone like we are wasting their precious work time. I went there last night and the girl took about 10 minutes making my sub. If you go after 7 there is only one person working so it always takes forever. I guess I’ll find another Subway close to my house: P
