Stephen Vincent Jeweler

I got invited to a «Ladies Night event» at this shop and it did not disappoint.
Stephen is a wonderful host and was pouring spicy cider mimosa’s and had plenty of fancy cheeses and nibbles to go along with the spirits.
Stephen’s store is also in a very good location downtown, where parking isn’t to hard to find, since it’s not right in the mix of things (ie Nordstroms area).
His shop is intimate and lovely and he has a very nice selection of baubles. He also helps design jewelry. Multiple friends of mine had him help with their wedding rings and bands and they are incredibly happy with his work. That said, he is who I will go to if I ever get so lucky.

I’m very sad to share that we had a nightmare experience with Steven Vincent Jeweler. My fiancé brought Steven my late Grandmother’s diamond to be made into an eternity engagement ring, with the diamond as the solitaire. He gave Steven my exact size, as eternity bands must be remade and not sized. When my fiancé proposed, we quickly realized the ring was an entire size too big. We went to get it re-​sized, which took 6 weeks and when we got it back, the head was crooked, two diamonds were placed crooked and you could see clear imperfections in the small diamonds surrounding the band – a month later a diamond fell out. We brought it back because of these issues and because it was still too large – they measured it in the store and realized it was still .5 mm off from the correct size! He apologized that his jeweler tried to «size» the eternity band instead of remaking it, which caused the diamonds to shift and not fit correctly. He then told us the jeweler was across the country! He had sent our diamond across the country without even telling us. We waited another 6 weeks to have it remade. When we got it back, the ring was still .25 too large and about a month later I lost another small diamond. Needless to say, we returned the ring, got our money back and had to go find another jeweler. Steven Vincent might be «well priced» but this shows in craftsmanship and service. I am now 6 months into my engagement and I don’t have a ring.

I’ve been buying jewelry here for about five years, and frankly, I wouldn’t buy anything I cared about from anyone else. Steve and Cat are amazing. I always get great service, and I pay fair prices for AMAZING quality jewelry. If you wan’t something generic, don’t go here. If you want something truly unique, with a ton of personality, and that you’ll get compliments on for years to come, shop here. You won’t regret it.
