I love my drinks and the price is ok. The location is good. The staff is nice. It gets very busy and they are slow when busy

Visiting from out of town, and I felt like I was back at home. The staff was very friendly and accommodated to my needs. The beechers grilled cheese is amazing! I wish we had that back in Vegas!

I have been going here since they opened. The coffee and service are terrific and I have made several new friends here.

There’s better coffee and food nearby at Case Study and down the street at Jim and Patty’s, but I come here for the ambiance. Actually, although they use a powder, Starbuck’s Chai Latte is still one of the best. Comfy chairs and cool sedated atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and parking not a problem.

Not only was the cashier extremely rude but he made rude comments as I was walking out. I’m sorry but wearing my PJ pants till 12 pm on a Saturday isn’t a bad thing. Its my day off! Everyone from the person taking my order, to the girl making my drink, to the person cleaning the counter had an attitude. Only go here if you shop at Ethan and Allen or think wearing PJ’s on a saturday at 11:00am is a horrific thing. I honestly will not go back to the Starbucks even tho it’s two minutes away from my house. I will drive 5 minutes out of my way just so I don’t have to deal with their HORRIBLE customer service again.

What can you say about Starbucks that hasn’t been said for is already known? This location is your average Starbucks with one big perk, they offer reserve coffee selections made in The famous Clover.
If you have never tried coffee made in the clover it is very worth a shot. The machine works similar to a French press where the coffee is allowed to sit in the water for a while in a sorb the flavor. The difference is after at the coffee house sat for long enough in the water it uses a vacuum pump to suction out your delicious coffee free which will be free from the grounds are awesome left behind when using a French press.
The staff at this location is typical to most very friendly with really nothing bad to say about them.
The location is spacious with plenty of places to grab a seat and get some work done, or sit in the corner on a comfy chair and read a book. To be honest if I plan on staying in a coffee shop on Fremont for an extended period of time, I prefer Jim and Patty’s down the street. However when I’m looking for a Starbucks this is a good one for me.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my local independent coffee shops… but I also do love me some Starbucks. This shop has some of the friendliest staff in town! There is never a line when I swing by here early in the morning, my lattes are always served just right and all of the staff are always smiling.

It’s Starbucks, normally i’m not a Sbux lover but their new app has me coming back. I love that i can go out to walk me dog with nothing more than a phone a pay for my coffee! its brilliant!

I am a regular Starbucks user. Love Starbucks coffee. The staff at this location are fantastic. What bugs me tho is that no one takes care of the tree planters in front of the store. What the? Could someone tell management that a good and admirable business keeps its garden up?!

Why hasn’t anyone reviewed this place yet? Always very friendly, helpful, efficient staff. My reason for writing this review is their Clover machine. I am in love. One tall, iced americano with Kona beans brewed in this lovely machine makes me very happy and buzzzzzzed…
I’m glad this is my neighborhood Starbucks.
