Went here last year and got some awesome baked potatoes! The guy who runs this is really friendly and gave good service. Only problem is that they ran out of their specials really early, like before 1. Would definitely go back!

Out of a converted military trailer comes some mighty fine baked potatoes with a variety of fixin’s. A fun concept and the potatoes have been cooked perfectly each time I’ve been there.

This funky looking military trailer turned food cart serves Baked Potatoes. Great baked potatoes at that. I missed my opportunity for baked spud goodness last week since they were«closed due to bonkers cold weather» — referring to a sign that still cracks me up. Hopefully things will warm up and I’ll be able to enjoy spudness soon.

Oh man, baked potatoes? I would love these as a kid — and still do, though when I make them at home I get lazy and minimize the toppings. But here it’s all done for me. A huge potato with many options. Today, I ordered the Cruiser($ 5.75): Tex-Mex style cheese, broccoli, tomatoes and fritos. The fritos made my day. There are many other Navy-inspired menu items: Battle Ship, Submarine, Aircraft Carrier, etc. I just know that as it gets colder this year, the more I’m going to crave this cart. They just opened at their new downtown location. They were previously parked on Alberta. See their website for a complete menu.
