After a horrible customer service at sprint store on 82nd st in Happy Valley, I ended up coming to this location. The rep was not pushy at all, he listen to what I was looking for, and gave all the info I needed to determine what I should do. He was very honest, gave me his opinion, and suggested what’s best for me. I wish all the sprint store has same kind of business manners. They don’t have crazy selection but they will help you get what you are exactly looking for. I’ll never go to any other sprint stores but this location!

I’m really not happy with the service I received here. During my initial visit it was great. The man who helped me seemed nice and answered all my questions. He convinced me that I had a deal available to upgrade my iPhone and get an iPad at no more than $ 10-$ 15 more than what I was currently paying a month. However I get the bill and I’m being charged leasing fees and other fees making my bill almost $ 100 more a month. I spent probably half an hour with the associate talking about the plan and he assured me it would cost right around the same amount I had been paying a month so I didn’t thoroughly read the financial agreement. I feel really deceived by this transaction and will be speaking with management.

Went in to upgrade our phones and got lied to a bunch of times. Not sure if the person knew what she was talking about or just wanted to make a sale, but it was a waste of time and energy. Should have gone to an official store!

Dropped in late night to buy a new phone for x mas and they unlocked the door and stayed late for us, thats what i call excellent customer service, well done

OK so I went there to pay my Sprint bill today, and when I walked into the store it took about 7 minutes to get someone to acknowledge me. Finally when someone called to me, she was on the phone. She said she was on a conference call and continued to be on the phone and«helped» me. It took probably 15 minutes just to pay my bill. After it was payed she just sat back down and didn’t say thank you or anything. DONOTGOHERESERIOUSLY!!!
