Springdale Cleaners

Admittedly, I am only about 6 months into my relationship with this wonderful store. So over time something may go wrong and it will be a true test to see how they handle it. I am with almost every cleaner for 5 – 8 years (typically until I move) and there is always something, like how can you not loose 1 item after all the millions they see over that amount of time. The true test is how well it is handled. If they are agreeable and friendly and hardworking as they appear to be every time I see them, then I am sure this 5* rating will withstand the test of time.

We’ve been very happy with Springdale’s work! The clothes come back clean, unstained, repaired, and beautifully pressed. They switched over to all environmentally-​friendly products a few years back. They call me if they have questions on specific items. They work hard. All the people who work there are friendly and helpful. They have done rush jobs when we needed something right away.

If you are reading Unilocal to find out whether or not to go to this cleaners I would seriously look elsewhere. I had a horrible experience with this cleaners. They ruined my garment. I would highly discourage using them.

The owner, Ken, and his family are gems. I have been taking my clothes there for years and my husband, who used to use a cheaper cleaners is converted. They always remove stains and spend extra time to make protect our few fine garments — they removed all of the buttons and buckles from a silk dress to make sure it was not injured. They work with us to get our order when we need it. Ken also told me how to clean my own good leather bag when the professional leather cleaners wouldn’t do it His instructions worked perfectly. He got our money back from a rug cleaner they used as well who did a poor job on an old rug. I couldnt give them a higher rating. I can’t understand the other review at all.

If you want to be charged without a service being provided, this is your kind of dry cleaners! I brought in a comforter and it was more dirty when I picked it up than when I dropped it off! Thanks!
