The star is solely for the staff, they were great– friendly and professional. I bought 4 lipo laser treatments and had them all done within a week. There is quite a bit of aftercare and I followed it as instructed. I saw zero results and honestly feel stupid for wasting my money. I looked at the reviews before going and thought I’d be good… Wishful thinking. So, just a warning for anybody out there, you’re better off spending your money on a personal trainer, not this.

Samantha is awesome; she has such phenomenal customer service! I have never had any Peels and Microdermaembrasion. She is Professional and she made my visit at ease. Informative on what I was going in for. I have 3 more sessions, and I am looking forward to my next visit! I would definitely recommend this place! It was so relaxing and Samantha has such gentle hands. Again, she is awesome! THANK YOU SAMANTHA!

I’ve never had any microdermabrasion or lipolaser treatments before so this was an new experience for me. Skin Body Soul was amazing. Their staff was friendly, youthful and extremely professional. No wait times and they make you feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend checking them out. They do it right.

I can’t say enough good things about this center. And I just love Amanda, Brittany and Bethany! They are perfessional but personal and have always made sure to get me what I needed when I needed it. I had been very over weight and had already lost about thirty pounds but had hit a platue. In the two months since I’ve been coming here I have lost just over an additional 20 pounds!!! I do recommend the weight loss assistance services and all the make you feel good services too! Note to those who «believe» these services don’t work… Eating junk and sitting on your butt won’t get you results. And this isn’t magic people. You want something then work for it. DUH!

I had a wonderful experience! The technicians were professional and honest. Britney and Amanda treated me very well. I lost 2 inches around my abdominal area! Thank you for your motivation and positive attitude!!!

The technicians, especially Michelle, are very kind and professional. I have lost a nice chunk of pounds through diet and exercise, but have some chub hangin’ on in specific spots (double chin, etc.). I’ve done treatments for two months now and have noticed exactly the results i am after.

Everyone is so professional here! They are prompt and courteous and I can’t wait to see the results of my procedures. I definitely recommend checking out Skin, Body, and Soul!

Clean office, located inside of a physicians center. Lots of parking on site and highly visible. It now has a Pot clinic nearby called Herbal Wonders that moved in. They share the same parking lot. I am not Condemning or condoning the pot clinic but sometimes they bring in some sketchy looking people to the parking lots. Luckily at our visit (in the evening) we did not experience any of that and it felt very safe.
My wife and I stopped in last week for some laser treatments while in town. They are a very busy center and had to call us in because of the tight scheduling. The girls here are AWESOME. They totally went out of there way to squeeze us in. Got a laser treatment, a IR Sauna session and felt like a million buck leaving.
I have been to the other Skin Body Soul in Bellevue and this one is very different. It has a unique feel that I can only say is more medical and less mall feel. It is not a retail center like the one in Bellevue and has the doc on site at all times (connected to physicians clinic).
If you have been to a Skin Body Soul before, expect a different experience here compared to the others. I enjoyed the experience just make sure you call ahead so they can get you in.

Don’t waste your money! Yes, everyone at the clinic is VERY sweet, but I have seen NO results after coming in 3 times a week for two months. I followed instructions to the letter and spent countless hours and a total of $ 998.00 and have seen nothing. I don’t know where they got those before and after photos, but I don’t think they are from this clinic. Also, the owner is never there and scheduling is a nightmare. I will say that the cavitation treatment (cellulite reduction) works for about 3 days before it comes back, so if you have a short vacation or something, go ahead and do that right before. As far as loosing inches with the lipo, it just doesn’t happen. Even one of the workers told me in a whispered voice that the treatment only works on about ¼ of the people she treats.

I lost at least 18 inches in total (this is added from upper abdomen, hip and lower abdomen), over 4 treatments with the Lipolaser center. I fit in my old pants that I’ve not been able to fit in for a year. I was very happy with that. :)
But I also was watching what I ate. I cut down on carb (potatoes and white bread, substitute them with yam and wheat for example), I watch my calories intake (tried to stay within the total of 1500 – 1750 calories a day). I also do some running and brisk walking at least 30 minutes a day.
It was a really really good addition to those starting any weight loss regiment, it’s a good confidence boost.
The groupon deal was a really good deal, worth the money although it wasn’t cheap. And yes, the employee won’t try to sell you more sessions, etc, she’s very nice, cordial and helpful.
If I could buy another groupon (they limit 1 per patient), I’d have done it :)
