Fantastic! Carolyn Sadle and her team were top notch. Her company has worked with us for a whole year helping us find our first home. They were very knowledgeable and responsive to all of our needs, even though they had clients purchasing half million dollar homes I never felt that we were put on the back burner.
Kris Nelson was wonderful. He would show us homes in the Vancouver area. Not only was he a pleasure to work with, he was also knowledgeable regarding a home’s construction, possible problems and honest in regarding his thoughts of the neighborhoods we were viewing. I felt he really wanted us to find a home my family would be happy with.
We will definitely use them again for the purchase of our next home, and I highly recommend them.

Let me just say that my husband and I were not easy clients. We came in with a list of must haves, a difficult schedule to work with and a difficult budget. Katie Random took all of those difficulties and made them look easy to work with. She gave up a month of Saturdays to show us a total of 24 homes until she found us the most perfect place! Katie and her whole team made us feel like they had our backs and negotiated with the skills of diplomats.
Katie also did a very good job of answering questions that we had, she was friendly and communication was always incredibly easy. A call, text or email never went unanswered and she always made herself seem very available to us!
We have friends moving into this area from Washington (where we just came from) and we’ve already started handing out her business cards!
