Greg and Kelly helped us find and purchase our first home this year and we couldn’t be happier. The entire process went very smoothly. Both Kelly and Greg have an in depth understanding of the local market and were excellent at walking us through the potential pitfalls that can surprise first time homebuyers.
The thing that we were most thankful for was their responsiveness throughout the process. With the market the way it is right now it’s important to be quick to act when the opportunity is right and Greg and Kelly were on top of it every step of the way.
From seeing properties for the first time, to making an offer, to overseeing inspections and following the mortgage process through to the end, we can’t recommend these two highly enough.

Greg & Kelly are a fantastic team. They are extremely personable & are very knowledgeable on the home selling process including staging, showing and negotiating offers. They are patient and very responsive when it comes to communicating and offering advice. We sold our home through them and also bought a new home through them as well. They showed us many homes and were at our side once again, and when we needed advice they were knowledgeable & professional. We would definitely recommend their services to family & friends.
