Rococos Lounge & Restaurant

For a night out in Beaverton, could have done worse but could have done better. Pretty much a hole in the wall in a strip mall that if you blink, you miss it (like I did, twice). Had myself a couple of Snakebites for a pretty reasonable price. Bartender was friendly and gave prompt service, at the bar. No table help at all. Drinks were aplenty and started to crowd the table so some decided to bus it on their own. Had plenty of pool tables if you wanted to play, pretty big dance floor and pretty decent music (requested or otherwise). I would say pretty decent for what it was and wouldn’t mind a return trip if an event was held there again.

Ok pricing on drinks. Absolutely horrid service. It depends on who you get, but the young woman who works the bar is completely inattentive and disrespectful. This particular bartender sits around chatting or messing around with her cell phone even when customers are waiting for service. Does not have a sense of what service means and this deserves a one star.

Do not go here they charged me double! This place is not only disgusting but smells horrible.

Attention Musicians and Bands: DON’T PLAY AT THE ROCOCO NIGHT CLUB in Beaverton, THEY“RE RIPPING BANDS OFF!
They get bands to play for free promising them a professional promotional video of the band performing and you will never receive it or
you will receive a bad quality piece of garbage videos. The video would be the only reason someone would play this gig for free,
because it’s a tiny stage with no monitors for the band to hear themselves. Every venue with a sound system normally has some monitors.
The sound man set up a rough mix and then he left the bar to go get his laptop and didn’t come back to check on the sound until the band was done!
Our band brought in about 40 people, who all ordered drinks and the when the band was done the employees praised the band for their performance.
After a month and not receiving the «promo video», I called the manager and told them that since they didn’t keep their promise,
the band should get some kind of compensation and they said didn’t care and wouldn’t take responsibility for their mistakes!
It’s bad enough that many clubs are getting all these talented bands to play for free,
but when they also break their other promises, they’re misusing bands and giving Portland a bad name!
If you’re a musician and someone from the club or someone named Josh calls you, tell them to go to hell!!!

I can only comment on take out. But, damn was the Chinese food good. I guess this is a bar and they also have American food like burgers, steak, wings etc. We were not expecting the Chinese food to be that good, but wow, it really was. I’m gonna have to try this place again, to make sure it wasn’t just luck and an overly hungry stomach working together.
