Premier Heating & Air Conditioning

Very, very disappointed. I’ve been a customer of Bill’s (Premier Heating) for years… He put my furnace in years ago. Which he did outstanding work.
However, currently I’ve hire Bill French to do some duct re-​construction … Something has seriously changed with this company… Bill made promises after promises to start work, then didn’t show up, finally showed up but only completed half the job then took forever to come back and complete the entire job. Bill constantly made commitments but never would follow through. Didn’t even call us… This was a constant issue. He would text and confirm time frame but wouldn’t show. Then we would try to call him and his phone would just ring and ring… no voicemail would pu. He still needed to finish a small part of job but never called back. Finally got ahold of him he made arrangements to bring part over but never showed! Unbelievable! We had paid him in full. It took constant hounding to get him to come and complete the job. I am shocked by his lack of respect for his customers who have been loyal to him. Very sad. But I will not hire him again.

I can not say enough about what excellent service Premier Heating provided us during this heat wave. Our air conditioner was on the blink and I called on Sunday to leave a message in hopes of being one of the first on the list Monday, not only did they call me right back (on Sunday) but they came to our house within hours. They came in and were fast, efficient, and most of all friendly. I recommend this company to everyone, good service is hard to come by these days and on a Sunday :)!!!

Do not recommend. Bill French was a no show two days in a row after giving me a pretty lame excuse after the first time that he could not find my phone number and address. Not very professional. The second day just never showed up and never called. I feel very sad about writing this as Bill has helped me out with three different home heating issues over the years and have never felt so unimportant to a business. He has always been very prompt and helpful, but something is obviously off here. Time to go somewhere else to spend my money.
