Perfect Look Salon

My little guy got his hair cut, and although he is terrify of getting one he was able to sit still. Nick was very patient and respect what he wanted! Very warming place!

I’ll let you in on a little secret — you have to see Nick. Dude takes his time and changes it up when you ask. I’ve been about 6 times or so — no complaints. No Nick — no haircut.
Also, they don’t take appointments so hit them up in an off hour, if you can.

Nick is Awesome! I only see him to cut my hair. Not only does he do a superb job he is funny and has magical hands. His shampoos are A-​Mazing! Thanks Nick for doing such a great job.

I got the perfect look at the Perfect Look. After reading the reviews for this place I was skeptical, but since a friend had recommended me going there I took a chance. Seriously, I have never been to a salon where such down to earth, funny, and talented people worked. Thea was the woman that gave me a wash and cut. She did such a fabulous job and gave me exactely what I asked for. She took her time and made feel secure in her hands. Also to note, I have super thick, ethnic, curly hair which I have seen terrify stylists. I will go again and again! The Perfect Look is a little gem next to the Panda Express in the Fred Meyer parking lot strip mall! Who would have thunk?

I’ve been going here for a couple of years. Thea M. always gives me exactly the haircut I ask for (stylists never do this, right?!) and the prices are Super Cheap.
I’ve been to places all over this city, at many varying price points. This is just as good as any NW swanky joint, or Eastside hipster cool spot. Well, they don’t serve beer at Perfect Look, but…
I’ll be going here as long as Thea M. is there. I highly recommend this salon!

I’ve been here a few times now and I see a guy named Nick. I have nothing but positive stuff to say about him. He always gives me an amazing cut and I trust him implicitly with my hair. I’ve recommended my friends and family to him. As long as I live up here I will continue to go to him. Thanks Nick!

The staff is usually very friendly but not always. There are definitely levels of competence issues between stylists. I would not particularly recommendation this establishment.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Yesterday I went in and saw a «stylist» named Thien Nga T. (I’m getting this off of my receipt). She’s an asian lady who doesn’t speak great English. This should have been my first clue to get the heck out of there because if she doesn’t speak great English how can she understand what I want?!
I typically go to more upscale places but just needed a very basic trim and figured a cheap place couldn’t screw up a basic trim, right? WRONG! She gave me A HORRIBLE hair cut. I asked for a TRIM and she litterally cut 4+ inches off in some places. She completely butchered my hair and it looks HORRIBLE. There’s litterally only maybe 2 inches of hair LEFT on my head in some places (I had shoulder length hair before she started!). I’ve had short hair before and this cut (regardless of not being what I wanted) is still a terrible hair cut even had I wanted short hair. IT’S SOO HORRIBLE. It’s choppy. It’s uneven. It’s unmanageable. It’s just ack! My fiancé described it as a really bad «butch hair cut».
I know she’s only 1 stylist but I would never ever recommend this place. Any place that has someone like her working there obvioulsy doesn’t know good style and doesn’t care about it’s customers.
