Can’t beat the weekly lunch specials. Killer caeser dressing, and the servers are all so friendly. Shout out to Tracy!

If I was just rating the service I would give it 5stars. Since I have to rate the food as well I can’t go that high. I ordered the linguini carbonara and it was more of an olive sauce then a creamy sauce like normal. We also ordered the meatballs and I think that it was mostly filler. There wasn’t much actual meat other than for appearance. The cauliflower augratini was good but I think was slightly undercooked. The parmesan cheese bread was great.

I was extremely disappointed this time around we have eaten here for years. Today was a disappointment Vanessa, our waitress, treated us less than everyone else. After we complained about our dissatisfaction of our super oily pasta; there wasn’t any apology she said it was made like that. we have probably eaten here longer than she’s worked though she still brought us our check. We payed, I wasn’t asking for a free meal but she did nothing to compensate. also she still served other tables and another gentleman came to take our check away and to «have a good day» again we love pastinis but this visit was just unpleasant I had to review her service.

The meatbals as an appetizer were top shelf and the spagetti with italian sausage was excellent. Modern and clean, good service. Pleasantly surprised. Much better than it’s rating.

This is a great go to lunch spot! The service here is quick and friendly and they do not mind splitting the bill. they even have a lunch menu which includes a pasta salad combo or a half sandwich soup combo which is filling. I have a couple key favorites here. I like the artichoke chicken salad but prefer to get the dressing on the side. It is a filling entrée size salad with bread rolls from Grand Central bakery. The pasta options here are pretty good as well. My favorite is the Aglio e Olio which is pretty basic and true Italian but it’s nice to find! Dessert wise there isn’t really anything too special here.

Service is very good. Had the artichoke and shredded chicken salad for 9.75. Was very good accept artichoke hearts were scarce and bread was a bit stale. Otherwise good fare for the price. Not great just good. Surroundings are clean and very pleasant. Hostess is a bit snooty, she kinda had an attitude. But that was saved by our very fun and gregarious waitress.

Absolutely nothing special about this place. Mediocre, over priced food. Basically a chain restaurant that offers nothing that stands out.

We usually go to this place for pasta since it’s the closest location in our area. We stopped by for dinner last Friday night. It was early so the restaurant was quite empty. The Parmigiana Bread is our favorite appetizer so we always oder this whenever we’re here. For entrées, we usually order pasta with some kind of seafood, but this time we tried the Rigatoni With Meat Sauce Bolognese. It was awesome!!! The pasta was al dente, with tender chunks of beef in rich tomato sauce. My daughter ordered the lemon custard cake for dessert and she loved it. Pastini is a great place to go for some good Italian food. It’s not as crowded as Olive Garden so we feel like we are more at home here. Even though it’s part of a big chain, it’s still small enough for the customers to get good service. We definitely will come back again for some more great Italian food.

My husband and I were hankering for some chicken parmesan and couldn’t find this dish in particular using Unilocal.Decided to do a drive by on Division, figuring we would find something that sounded good. Found Pastini Pastaria and gave it a go! The waitress was so fun and informative and welcoming. She was a great introduction to the restaurant. I will only say her initials are L.B. so the owners will know who to give a big pat on the back to. She rocked. I asked for a variation of the Linguini Pesto Polo and the hubster had Spaghetti with meatballs. Both dishes were so good. It really hit the spot. We were very happy campers. The restaurant is a great place to take kids(we took some food home for the kidlet who didn’t want to go out) — she gobbled it down… and she’s picky. It would be a great place to hold a birthday dinner too. Its nicely intimate but spacious in how they have the seating arranged. Will definitely be going back and hope to see LB there again. She is a great ambassador to your restaurant.

The first time I came here was 3 years ago and i just came back to eat lunch there a few days ago. I got there around 3 for lunch and obviously there wasn’t many people there, so i got served very quickly. I got the spaghetti and meatballs, It was really good pasta,(and the bread that came with it). I would definitely come back again. 5 stars!:)

I wish I could have marked down half of a star or maybe even negative one star for this place. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs here, possibly one of the easiest Italian dishes to make. They failed. I am usually not a picky eater, but i had to push my plate away from me. Absolutely without a doubt the most disgusting pile of food I HAVEHADSERVEDTOMEIN A VERYLONGTIME. Congrats on making meatballs that taste like cat food meatloaf. I will never return to this establishment. in all fairness though the server was very nice, maybe she should take a stab at the kitchen and nicen up the food.

I was on my way to somewhere else for lunch, when I drove by Pastini Pasta. I have eaten at 3 other locations and was swayed here by the parking lot and comfort of familiar food. After turning around and wedging my car in the tiny parking lot, I was greeted by the friendly host or manager. It was just before 12 noon on a Wednesday and when I told him I don’t care for sitting in uncomfortable wooden chairs, he graciously offered me my own booth, which could seat 6 – 8 people. It meant a lot to me to be given a whole booth during the busy lunch hour. I have to dine gluten-free and the friendly server was very knowledgeable about my gluten-free options. I settled on the affordable $ 7.95 lunch consisting of gluten-free penne pasta and a side salad with a balsamic tomato vinaigrette. My pasta was tender and the dish was flavorful, but a bit too salty at times. I blame that on the capers and kalamata olives. Altogether, I was happy with my meal, the service and the value.

Another visit to Pastini’s. Once again, the food was great. Our waitress was fantastic. We see related unable to decide what to order, finally asked Tracie, our waitress to order for us. Her selections were impeccable, it resulted in being one of the best meals we have ever had. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and the food, and her table service was great. We can get good food many places, it is Tracie that will keep us coming back.

They sent a coupon out to the neighborhood, and I started thinking – yeah. Why not? Pastini wasn’t bad. But it’s not great. Pastini is a local chain of pasta. They also have salad, and drinks, mostly just pasta. The menu is pretty large but nicely categorized and didn’t quite reach the overwhelming stage like so many other chain restaurant menus. We shared the chicken artichoke salad(delicious and huge) and the lemon brocollini pasta which was small and pretty damn boring. Edible, but the lemon overpowered the parmesan so that the whole dish was kinda one-note and overly sour. It was the menu’s description of hazelnuts and parmesan that compelled me to order it and they were almost completely absent. But my biggest complaint? They bill themselves as local and yet had the nastiest stalest hazelnuts ever. C’mon. This Oregon girl knows the difference. We finished with what someone charitably named a Tiramisu – and perhaps it would have been if the ladyfingers had been soaked in rum and coffee – but they weren’t. Blessed with a baptismal sprinkling of rum and coffee? Maybe. But even then, THE most important tiramisu flavors weren’t present. The good: our waiter was kind and attentive. The atmosphere is actually kind of nice, with a pleasant din and casual enough you can take a well-behaved kid. In a pinch, I’d come back here. It was inexpensive and decent enough. Plus my salad was bomb.

My friend and I ordered the bruschetta and two rum fizzes before dinner. Both were great! I had the butternut ravioli, which was delicious (Although very rich and buttery). We didn’t try desert, but they looked great.

I love Pastini Pastaria! I’ve been to the Division St. location three times and always have a great experience! For our last meal, we had the best waitress– Tracie Johnson! She provided fantastic service, above and beyond. She is professional, friendly, and fast. She has great knowledge of the menu and recommended her favorite drinks and food. My mom is gluten-free and always has a million questions about restaurant menus. Tracie was able to answer all my mom’s questions and concerns about the gluten-free menu. I brought my parents and my four year old son to our most recent Pastini lunch. We all love the food! It is flavorful, seasoned, and cooked well. We all enjoyed the appetizers, we ordered the bruschetta, and the roasted butternut squash. My parents usually don’t like squash but they loved this dish! We loved the fancy drinks. My son had the strawberry basil lemonade, and I had a delicious Italian soda with orange and vanilla. They offer a great beer and wine selection. My mom loves the gluten-free brown rice spaghetti noodles. She was impressed with her salad. It’s nice to eat Italian food with gluten-free entrée’s! I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and the baked manicotti. Both are amazing! Very well seasoned and not too spicy. My four year old loved both dishes. The meal servings are big and we had leftovers to take home. The food tasted equally good that night! The menu has selections for everyone, it will make even the pickiest eaters happy! There are many delicious entrees available for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free diets. I subscribe to the Pastini email newsletter. I love the special deals and coupons they offer on the newsletter. Each month they offer new seasonal specials, and give out a free entrée on your birthday. We enjoyed our meal and left satisfied and happy. This is a great family restaurant serving food that both children and adults will love. I’m looking forward to my next visit to sample the new seasonal dishes!

Their pasta here is pretty damn good; could only be better if it was made in my own kitchen. Service is always great here. And while I’m a caprese salad purist(tomato, mozzarella, basil, and balsamic), Pastini Pastaria has their own version with additional ingredients; just ask for it classic style, and they’ll happily do it for you. The place can be a bit noisy at times, and it seems to be a magnet for families with children(which isn’t in itself bad, but we’ve been around some not so well behaved kids and oblivious/drunk/don’t care parents).
