We ate here yesterday, Sun. the 31st, and the food was terrible. Our tacos were skimpy, the chicken on the grilled chicken sandwich was not edible and the kids mac and cheese was such a small portion. The only thing that was just ok were the parmesan crusted asparagus. Our waiter was fine but the food experience was extremely disappointing.

The noise level in here is crazy… And it was Sunday afternoon… Not packed out. But we could not hear people at the same table. We ordered a skillet of cornbread, blue cheese burger, tri-tip steak salad, simple burger, coffee and diet soda. Let’s take these in order… 1. The cornbread was not fully baked… Wet in the middle! And if you think your cornbread should be dry this is not for you! No crunchy crust. So sweet it was more corn cake! You do not need butter or honey for this sucker! 2. The blue cheese burger was tasty… But came lukewarm. The fries were cold 3. The tri-tip salad… Too quote my husband, «it was bull $h! #» Four small pieces of «steak» less than a half inch thick. They were cold. The salad leaves, he said, were warmer than the slivers of meat. 4. The simple burger came lukewarm and was not flavorful. Mom’s fries came cold also 5. the coffee was good… the diet soda came as non-diet… Which is no good for a diabetic! We are really bummed. This place looks killer… Love the atmosphere… but not sure we will come back and see if we just had a fluke.

It is been 11 months since I have been back to this restaurant, and with surprise not much is changed. Which in this case is a good thing. As the first time I walked in, you smell the delicious burn firewood. The hostess great see you and seats you and the server takes your order. This time however, staff service drinks and food were all above what I expected. No overly salty fries, no extremely burnt burgers, no overly chatty staff. All in all in was a great experience with great food. I am happy to say we will frequent more often.

Had a great dinner. Beer and hummus, tri tip sandwich was fantastic. and the organic ketchup… The best I have ever had, no more Heinz for me.

The atmosphere is okay, but acoustics are terrible – this place is super loud. Not a place for a quiet dinner out, but fine for a group of friends to eat out and watch some sports on the big screens. I ordered the Tri Tip Dip sandwich with Thai Peanut Coleslaw. While the coleslaw was delicious with strong peanut flavor, crunchy veggies and hint of spiciness that gave it a nice kick, the sandwich was a huge disappointment. The meat is described as thinly sliced, but the actual experience is more akin to eating meat that has been pre-chewed, yuck. The flavor was blah and for $ 13.95 you would think there would be something a little extra; grilled onions or some good quality cheese perhaps. How about at least toast the bun??? The au jus was a little thicker than most, but again lacked flavor. Service was okay, the two ladies at the front seating people needed some coffee or something to perk them up because they were both constantly yawning – it was only 6:30 pm after all. The person who waited the table was okay, although my water glass was awaiting a refill for a good 10 minutes while I saw her sitting at another table on a break, I guess. I might return to try something else, but there are so many other restaurants to try, why chance being disappointed twice, especially when I think I would rate an Arby’s French dip sandwich above Park Stone’s Tri Tip Dip sandwich.

Amazing food and fantastic service. I ordered the tri tip with shrimp skewer, mashed sweet potato and corn bread. Everything tasted great and the waitress was extremely knowledgeable

SOGOOD! Had the taco trio and bbq chicken salad. Super delicious. The veggies were very fresh and the meat/fish was flavorful and tender. Fast service. Fun atmosphere. Great beers on tap! Will definitely come again. PS. Faith our server was adorable!

Both our dinners were delicious. Chicken and rib eye both nice and tender. Only complaint was from my husband who said the corn on the cob was lacking any taste, said it just tasted like water… Chips, salsa and guac app was really good. Salsa on spicy side, but I’m a wimp so others might appreciate more.

I love their calamari! It’s just perfect the right amount of batter, crispness & sweetness from the chili sauce. Whenever I go here it’s mostly just for the calamari, but sadly they’ve been running out of calamari pretty often. I’ve tried other food there & it’s just nothing too special about it. Still a pretty cool new place.

My experience, sitting at the bar, was perfect. Had a nice martini, glass of oregon wine, and my Bartender, Ken, helped me pick out a local beer that I really liked. I also had a nice piece of salmon with very good cornbread(I’m from the south, so I’m quite picky about my cornbread) and roasted veggies(mine was a little undercooked and I make them at home regularly, so I know how much better they can be when taken out of the oven when they are more done and are just starting to carmelize). But, Ken was the best bartender I’d met in my 4 night trip to Oregon, so I left quite happy. Quick note about the noise level commented on by others: It was not that bad. I was there on a Friday night with the restaurant 80% full and it wasn’t bad. Unless I was on a date and wanted someplace romantic… otherwise I’d call it «Lively».

This place was hopping on Tuesday night! Luckily I didn’t have to wait long for a seat at the bar to open up. They have a big variety of beers including many local to the Pacific Northwest. Of course I had to have the S’mores beer when I saw it and great presentation to add a graham cracker rim and torched marshmallow. Not usually a huge beer drinker but got the 22 ounce and finished it all! That good people. For dinner I was craving meat, so ordered the sirloin with sweet potato mash. The mash had the right amount of sweetness and richness with all the butter added. Steak was cooked right at what I wanted with a medium temp and it was seasoned well. So good that there was no need to have to ask for any kind of sauce(which I will ask for A1 if it is bland).

Finally made it to this newish place in Cascade Station. *Noise level — 2, very poor acoustics SUPERUBER loud *Décor/general atmosphere — 4 — nice set up, comfortable place, clean — lots of big flat screens *Food — 2 ehh, nothing special, the mac and cheese was disappointing — no flavor, top sirloin OK, fried chicken, not bad — I’ve had better, grilled corn on the cob — no flavor and WAY overcooked. Got chocolate cake to go — it looked great but was not all that, another disappointment *Bar/beer choices — 5, TONS on tap and they are very happy to let you sample before committing to a pint. The cocktails looked good. *Service — 5 — super friendly and helpful servers — Thanks Faith! I would say got for drinks and the game — maybe an app, but have dinner someplace else.

My husband and I returned a few weeks ago to try this place out again. The first time we complained a bit about the ahi being«mooshy» so of course we had to try it again. It was perfect. I think my husband is in love :) I hadn’t been able to try the burgers on a previous visit, so this time I gave it a go and mine was perfectly cooked medium rare! Delicious! I could also tell it wasn’t a previously frozen patty, but fresh beef. Nice job, guys! The asparagus fries were a little tough on the ends(oh well, that’s green stuff for ya) but overall we really enjoyed our evening. Cons: a couple of the beers we wanted to try were tapped out, and the atmosphere reminds us of a cafeteria(& we don’t care for that). Will we be back? Absolutely. But due to atmosphere, I think we will stick to casual lunch and quick dinner dates. At least we can count on great food and a variety of beer :)

I was trying to decide between 4 or 5 stars for this place and I’m torn, but I’ll go with a 4.5 rounded up to a 5. My wife and i were trying to find a new place to check out and this place had good reviews so we gave it a shot. Results: PROS: *service was excellent, friendly, not weird, and on top of things *ambiance is clean and modern, and a mix between casual, but also a place to look nice to. *TVs are playing live sports coverage *open kitchen… you can see everything which means you know the kitchen is clean and the food is being prepared in a sanitary and well run establishment. *incredible food, which I’ll comment on later. Cons: a bit pricey, but you’re paying for quality and skill Food: Many reviews raved about the deep fried devil eggs. I thought they were good, but didn’t blow my socks off. It was nice though to have the typical soft rubberiness of the deviled egg accompanied by a crispy texture from being breaded and fried. Apart from the deviled eggs, the fried asparagus spears were great, and everything else was ordered was cooked to perfection. It’s American comfort food at its most finest! Nothing was really STANDOUT, but everything was simply done really really well. I want to return just to see how well they prepare their other menu items. It’s the only place I’ve been to where you can order a side of veggies and have them cooked absolutely perfectly with zero complaints. The Tri tip was phenomenal as was the shrimp. I highly recommend the crème brulé for dessert as well. Again, nothing is extravagant, but everything will surpass your expectations of standard American comfort food.

I will give 5 stars for the beer selection and 1 star for the food. So ill generously give a 3. My wife ordered the rib-eye, which the bartender said was probably the best cut on the menu. Well, she sent it back because it was really«chewy». And she never sends back a rib-eye. I ordered the Southern fried chicken, the chicken was pretty good, very moist. The corn on the cob was soggy, I had to add salt and pepper for it to be edible. In exchange for the rib-eye my wife got the free-range chicken, I asked her how it was and she replied with«I almost had to add the whole bottle of salt». But, the beer selection is good, and in the end that’s what really matters right? :)

We had a coupon so decided to try it out! We went on a Friday night around 6:15, and the wait was only about 5 minutes so that was great! Nice interior, very trendy. Server was extra chatty which was kind of annoying. We were on a date — we didn’t want to hear about how she works opposite hours from her fiancé and neither like to cook! But she still did a decent job as a server! I got the NBA chicken salad which was super big and yummy. My husband got the tri tip dip and fries. His was yummy too! His portions seemed small for the price. But we do plan to return and try some other items. It’s a nice addition to cascade station and beats any chain options in that area.(It may be a chain, no clue).

In town and found this place by accident. From the outside, it’s a little hard to tell that it’s a restaurant. I noticed that they were playing the basketball game on their big screen so I decided to go in and grab a bite. First of all they have great service. From the host to the bartender, they’re both super friendly and nice. Next I ordered a strawberry Moe he toe, bowl of tortilla soup, and a fried chicken sandwich. I am super picky so when I tell you that they were all delicious, know that they were truly ALLDELICIOUS! I learned that all of their ingredients are sourced locally. The chicken is free range, the beef is grass fed, the bread is baked daily and delivered fresh, and they have something like 100 beers on tap — it’s crazy. And the other really cool thing as their kitchen is completely open. No glass, no walls, just totally open so you get to see exactly who is cooking your food and how. This is a great place to grab lunch or dinner whether you’re in town visiting, or a local. I’m definitely coming back here on my next visit

It’s a solid 3. This place had okay food, okay service, and good atmosphere. It’s something I personally wouldn’t come back to, but most people in my party would. I had Mac & Cheese, Steak Fries, Tri Tip Steak, and Shrimp. Everything was average, except for the shrimp which I would call some of the best shrimp I’ve ever had. Also, the chocolate cake was really good as well. TL;DR: It was pretty okay, but I would not come back alone.

Had a wonderfully freshly meal! I love knowing that everything is made from local ingredients and the food its made fresh right there. Makes me feel all healthy and stuff! :) The chicken tacos are the bomb! Getting just those next time! The atmosphere reminds me of a Denny’s though, not really very retro for new digs. I expected more of a Portland flair.

Wasn’t too thrilled with the Fried Chicken dish — as it was smothered in a ton of gravy and sat on a bed of mashed potatoes, which made the chicken even soggier. I could have literally pureed this a bit more and drank it through a straw. Having said this — I probably will be coming back, but know now not to order this dish(even though it was a featured item). Why to come back: — close to airport — fast & friendly service — good bar selection — there were other good meals on the menu worth exploring — nice ambiance, may be a bit noisy
